I'm beginning to agree, but I think we have to make allowances. He is just trying to do his best for his granddaughter but really has no idea how to go about it - after all he was in prison for 27 years or something and then slept rough on the streets with no contact with his family. He is also very sensitive to the fact that it is due to him (in one sense) that her mother is in prison so that's another difficult issue for him to deal with.Quote:
