INT. SINGH'S HOUSE - NIGHT

Kash is sat at the dinner table, doing the books. Andonis is sat watching some tv. There is a loud knock at the door.

Kash: Can you get that?

Andonis reluctantly gets up and opens the door to Emma.

Andonis: Emma?

Emma: Out of my way!

Emma barges past Emma, Andonis follows after her. Kash sees the scene unfolding and gets up. Emma walks into the kitchen, and grabs a knife of the drawyer.

Andonis: Emma what are you doing!?

Emma: What I have to!

Kash walks into the kitchen.

Kash: What on earth is all this commotion about!?

Emma walks towards Kash, with the knife aimed between his legs.

Emma: You're gonna pay for what you did to me, you rapist scumbag!

:eek: No Emma! Don't!!! Don't make a mistake you will regret for the rest of your life, doing Natasha's dirty work.

INT: TORBAY SHOPS- Day

Hayley walks into the Charity Shop, and picks up a bundle of baby clothes. She takes them to the till...

Lady: Quite a bunch of clothes you've got there!

Hayley: Well, duh, if i didn't want that amount, then i wouldn't be standing here waiting for you to bag them! :rolleyes: Now how much is that?

Lady: Lets call it... 20 pounds young lady?

Hayley throws a 20 pound note on the till, and picks up the bag of clothes. She leaves the shop, and crosses over to the Shoe Shop, with a smile on her face...

INT: SINGH'S HOUSE- Night

Emma walks towards Kash, with the knife aimed between his legs.

Emma: You're gonna pay for what you did to me, you rapist scumbag!

Kash: What the... Get off me you mad woman!

Andonis: What?! You called him a...

Emma: Rapist? Yep, heard it in one!

Kash: Get off me, you mad woman!

Emma: Me?! Mad?! I'd like to bloody think so! But no, its true. So just admit it!

Kash: You've made some kind of mistake...

Emma: Pfft... How did i guess you'd say that? How did i guess that you wouldn't be man enough to face the woman you raped?

Kash: I didn't do anything!

Emma pushes the knife hard against his skin...

Andonis: Emma, please... Put the knife down...

Emma: (Looks at Andonis) I can't...

Emma holds the knife hard in her hand, and begins to lunge it into him. The door swings open, and Sanjita runs in..

Sanjita: For God's sake Emma, no!

:eek::eek: Emma, put the knife down.. you will regret what you have done if you don't...

INT. SINGH'S HOUSE - NIGHT

Emma holds the knife hard in her hand, and begins to lunge it into him. The door swings open, and Sanjita runs in..

Sanjita: For God's sake Emma, no!

Emma is a quivering wreck, she turns to Sanjita, dazed.

Sanjita: Don't do it, it's not the way...

Emma: He has to pay Sanjita! For what did to us!

Sanjita: Stab him and you'll go to jail, where's the justice in that!?

Kash is shaking, the knife milimetres from him. Emma drops the knife, Sanjita kicks it out of the way. The police run into the kitchen.

Sanjita grabs hold of Emma who is an emotional wreck. Kash is a bag of nerves.

Kash: This girl tried to stab me! Arrest her!

Instead of going towards Emma, the police handcuff Kash, who is shocked at this turn in events.

Policeman: Kashmir Singh, I'm arresting you for the rapes of Emma Andrews, Sanjita Singh, and the attack of Natasha Jones, you do not have to say anything, but anything you do say may be taken down, and used against you in a court of law...

The police lead Kash out of the house, Andonis, Emma and Sanjita are left shocked.

INT. RED RUM UPSTAIRS FLAT - DAY

Amy is just finishing the cleaning, polishing the mantelpiece. Hayley comes in with a couple of bags of clothes, in clear white bags.

Amy: Get anything good?

Hayley shrugs her shoulder and throws the bags of clothes onto the floor. Amy picks them up and has a look at them with disgust.

Amy: What's all this eh? They're frayed, dirty and stink to high heaven!

Hayley: Well what did you expect from a charity shop?

Amy: A charity shop!? What the hell do you think you're playing at!?

Hayley: You told me get clothes, you didn't say where to get them from...

Amy: I was thinking Mothercare more than ruddy Oxfam!

Hayley: Well you should have said then shouldn't you!

Amy: I'm sick of you taking liberties missey!

Hayley: The sooner you realise that I want nothing to do with this little sprog, the better!

Amy: There's no point neglecting this baby! You might not want it, but face facts you've got it, that's what you get for being a dirty little whore!

Hayley slaps Amy around the face. Amy is shocked but slaps her back.

Hayley: You best start showing me some respect or you can kiss goodbye to this baby!

Hayley storms off, leaving Amy angered, yet worried.

Oh!!! wonder if Iqbal called the police, I am sure he did

Hayley is a cow... she is just plain evil, mind you, if Amy wants the baby, she should have brought the clothes

EXT: SINGH'S HOUSE- Night

Kash is being dragged out of the house by the policemen. They force him into the car. Natasha follows out, and puts her arm around Sanjita..

Natasha: He's getting what he deserves...

Sanjita smiles at Natasha, and walks down the street, getting some air to breathe.

Policeman: We're going to have a word with you 3 soon. Please dont go far.

Sanjita nods and walks off. Val approaches the scene, and walks over to Natasha..

Val: Whats going on? I saw the lights and...

Natasha: You thought you'd come see if you could get a glimpse?!

Val smiles, sheepishly. She looks into the car..

Val: Kash? What was Kash...

A look of realisation crosses her face....

Val: It was him, wasn't it?

Natasha nods..

Val: He was the scumbag that raped my daughter!! (Shouting) You ******* Kash... You ****ING *******!

INT: RED RUM PUB UPSTAIRS FLAT- Day

Hayley is in her bedroom, with 20 pound notes all over her bed. She flicks through it all, smiling. She opens the phone book, and flicks through the A pages. She dials a number..

Hayley: Hi, I just wanted to make an enquiry about the price?

She pauses, and looks towards the door, checking Patrick and Amy dont walk in...

Hayley: 3 Grand? If that's what it takes to get rid of the little sprog, then sure...

Hayley is going to abort!!! what an evil selfish cow.. surely she has to pay back all the money

OMG - shes not going to is she? Although will anyone know the situation - would they dare tell everyone that they paid her £30k to buy the baby from her...oo this could be interesting - although she is a selfish cow! Thinking only of the money and nothing besides :angry:

Hayley is packing her college bag, lunch, books, and the wods of cash for the abortion. She leaves her room and walks into the lounge.

Hayley: Right then, I'm off...

Patrick: Best of luck love

Amy: You take it easy, don't go overdoing yourself okay?

Hayley: Yeah I will...look Amy I'm sorry about how I've been acting recently, it's just I'm scared of what's going to happen...

Amy: Don't worry, we'll both we there for you and the baby whenever you need us...

Hayley: Thanks Amy, it means a lot

Hayley leaves the flat. Patrick and Amy give her other an optimistic look. The scene cuts to Hayley, the fake smile removed from her face, she calls her friend.

Hayley: Yeah Caz, tell Jonesy I want be in Art today, got somewhere I need to be :D...

INT. PAIGNTON POLICE STATION - NIGHT

Kash is in the interview room, being interegated by the police.

DI: What connections do you have to Natasha Jones Mr Singh?

Kash: No comment

DI: What is your motive for assaulting her?

Kash: No comment

DI: Is it true that you entered her flat earlier on this evening?

Kash: (Tedious) No comment

DI: You have every right to say "no comment" Mr Singh, but it only makes you look more guilty, and when we do get the evidence to convict you, which we will, this wont look good against you in court...

Kash folds his arms and rolls his eyes. The scene cuts to James who is outside the interview room, pacing the coridoor. A policeman is standing guard at the door.

James: Just, let me go in there!

Policeman: I can't James sorry, you know I can't...

James: But that scumbag raped my daughter!

Policeman: And what good's you going in there eh? Getting done on an ABH charge, he's not worth it mate...

James: But I can't let him get away with doing that to my little girl! :angry:

Policeman: Just let them do what they have to, leave it in the police's hands...

It was just a typo.. I know Devon Seas sounds like it was written by the gods but Bry and Abi are only human :D

Hayley is sitting in the waiting room..

Hayley: (To the receptionist) Is this going to take much longer?

Receptionist: Sorry about the delay, the Doctor will be will you shortly :)

Hayley rolls her eyes, and turns away. She picks up a magazine, and flicks through it. It stops at a page about the bonds between Mother and Child. She throws it to the side...

She looks up, and catchs the eye of another woman..

Hayley: What are you looking at?

Woman: Nothing..

Hayley sees her eye her stomach, and turns away..

Nurse: Hayley? Could you come through now Hayley, the Doctor is ready for you

INT: PAIGNTON POLICE STATION - DAY

Andonis is pacing backwards and forwards in the waiting room. He goes back over to the desk..

Andonis: Is there anyway i can see my father quicker, please? He's been locked up all night!

Officer: Sorry, but procedure is procedure..

Andonis rolls his eyes, and mutters under his breath. A door opens, and Kash walks out. Andonis is clearly surprised, and confused..

Andonis: Dad! What... Why are you... But...

Kash: They let me out

Andonis: How come?!

Kash: Because they realised the truth. They dont have anything on me, but the lies of Natasha...

Andonis: But, i thought there was DNA and stuff?

Kash: They can't tell anything. Apparently the source has been tampered with, so it means they can't tell if its mine or not.

Andonis smiles, and they walk out. Kash with an evil smile on his face...

INT. IQBAL AND MARCUS' FLAT - DAY

Sanjita is sitting down, looking rather edgy, Iqbal hands her a cup of tea and sits down besides her.

Iqbal: You need something to drink, you haven't had anything for days...

Sanjita: Is it any wonder!?

Hayley is lying down on a bed, the doctor is sat on a chair, a clipboard in her hands.

Doctor: I can assure you Miss O Brian that this is a very simple procedure, and the risks of any lasting damage are extremely minimal...

Hayley: Look I hate to rush you doctor, but could we get on with it?

Doctor: The routine will be done under anasthetic, so you want feel a thing. Now...before I start are you sure this is what you want?

Hayley: Yes...

Doctor: No doubts? Becuase once I start...

Hayley: If I had doutbs I wouldn't be sat here now, the sooner you get it out of me, the better...

I had a feeling that she would go through with it actually.

In all honesty Andonis smiling is just a releif that his father is freed, theres nothing sinister in it. Honestly - all you lot with your theories lol!

EXT: NATASHA'S FLAT- Day

Natasha and Ruby are leaving the flat..

Ruby: I just can't beleive he could do that, to so many people. He's just not the type...

Natasha: I dont think any of us will understand it..

They look over to the shop, and see a commotion going on outside..

Ruby: What the hells going on over there?

They look at each other, confused, and walk over..

INT: COMMUNITY COLLEGE- Day

Hayley walks into the classroom, late, and sits at a desk...

Teacher: Hayley, you are late once again...

Hayley: (breathless) Sorry miss, i had a... an appointment..

The teacher notices she is pale, and breathless...

Teacher: Are you feeling ok, Hayley?

Hayley: I just feel... a bit... dizzy...

Her friends get up, and rally around her. The teacher walks over...

Teacher: Come on, up you get. Someone get her a glass of water, and would someone walk her to the common room? Sit down and take it easy in there, ok love?

Hayley gets up megrely...

Hayley: Dont worry about me... You all stay put... I'll take myself along there now :)

Hayley leaves the classroom, and smiles. She walks off to the Common Room, perfectly fine.

Ohhh you know what - I think Hayley is going to say that she miscarried rather than had an abortion - that way, they would feel so bad about her "losing" the baby that they won't ask for the £30k back.....:hmm: Devious little girl that one...

INT. ANDREWS HOUSE - DAY

There is a knock at the front door. Val answers the door to Andonis, who is looking slightly nervous.

Andonis: Hi Val, is it okay if I speak to Emma?

Val: Not really, she's still shook up, thanks to you dad...

Andonis: I only come to see how she was, I worried about her...

Val: Yeah well you can take your worries and bugger off

Andonis: Pardon!?

Val: You heard me, dya think you family hasn't done enough damage to her as it it!? That girl has been trough hell in the past few months...

Andonis: I'm sorry...

Val: The sooner your father goes to jail, the better...

Andonis: He isn't going to Jail...

Val: Come again?

Andonis: The police have let him go, he's a free man.

Val eyes buldge out in suprise, her face turns to one of anger...

INT. SINGH & SON'S CONVINIANCE STORE - DAY

Kash is stacking some of the shelves, Natasha marches into the store, she Kash and stares at him in disbelief.

Natasha: What the hell are you doing here!?

Kash: This is my shop, where else would you expect me to be?

Natasha: In Jail! Where you belong you rapist *******!

Kash: Now wait a minute! The police have let me go...

Natasha: No...no way! They must have made a mistake...

Kash: No, I'm innocent...

Natasha: You tried to kill me earlier this week!

Kash: Can you prove it? Like you could prove the rapes?

Natasha slaps him around the face, infuriated.

Natasha: This is exactly why I didn't want to get the law involved! The only way to get justice is to do it my bloody self! You'd better watch you're back Kash! Because you're gonna pay for what you've done! You mark my words!

Natasha storms out of the shop. Kash is petrified...
