for me, it makes them worse!
the only thing that really used to help with my periopd pain was painkillers but then when i had a baby they improved dramatically. now i usually have a bit of back ache but not really any other pain! i know other people who stopped having period pains when they had their babies. not suggesting anyone gets pregnant to ease their pain though!!!!!!!
i get back pains just before mine i find
Mine have changed dramatically with each child I have had lol..Quote:

I wonder what they will go like after I have had this little one :hmm:

i used to have the most terrible pains every month, they did get a bit better after each child but the best thing i ever did was have the marina coil fitted, i virtually have no bleed and no pain at all!!! fantastic!!
exercise some times help for me.
like walking around your bedroom for a while it might hurt at first but trust me it does stop hurting after a while.

i think so but you have to stop them for a couple of months before you can fall pregnant i might be wrong though
When I get nasty period pains I get myself a whole load of Turkish Delight, Crisps, Chocs etc., take down a nice clean cosy duvet, hug a hot water bottle and watch Emmerdale.
Works every time! :D

you tried a hot water bottle or these heat pads you can stick across your tummy where you get pains and you can wear them for ages !!! it heats up and soothes the pain, it works for me and i get really reallly bad period pains ! and i cnt take paracetomol, so it helps me , might help you too :)
take evening primrose oil.
It helps for me
good luck and I hope you get the advice you want!
long hot soak i agree its great...and you can relax too!! :cheer:Quote:
