The 64th Annual Prime Time Emmy Awards 2012
Downton Abbey is set to go up against US drama's biggest names if it is to be nominated for an Emmy this year.

However, should the show be nominated this year, Deadline is reporting that it will be placed in the 'Outstanding Drama Series' category.
This would potentially see it competing against the likes of the critically-acclaimed Breaking Bad, Homeland and Mad Men, the latter of which has won the award for every one of its four completed seasons so far.
The final episode of Downton Abbey's second series won 5.4m viewers when broadcast on PBS in February, the highest ratings for the channel for four years.
A movie adaptation has been rumoured, with star Brendan Coyle professing his enthusiasm for the idea.
Downton creator Julian Fellowes in currently working on a Broadway musical adaptation of the Oscar-winning Slumdog Millionaire.

All About Soap Awards 2013 nominations revealed
Fortnightly soap magazine All About Soap has today (February 10) revealed the nominations for its 2013 reader awards, recognising the best storylines and scandals of the past 12 months.
The UK's big four soaps Coronation Street, EastEnders, Emmerdale and Hollyoaks are all competing in this year's shortlist, along with Australian favourites Neighbours and Home and Away.
This year, the magazine's bosses have focused on rewarding individual plotlines and must-see moments, following an eventful 12 months of stunts, baby secrets and shock reveals.
The 'Best Episode' category sees Emmerdale's live 40th anniversary special up against Kirsty and Tyrone's post-wedding showdown in Corrie, Billy carrying the Olympic torch live in EastEnders and the tragic Home and Away instalment which saw Bianca and Heath rocked by baby Rocco's death.
A big year for Walford's Branning clan has secured EastEnders two nominations for 'Best Reveal', with the surprise arrival of Kirsty and unveiling of Derek as Kat's mystery lover both in the running. However, this category also features nods for the unmasking of Chas's stalker in Emmerdale and Walker being exposed as an undercover cop in Hollyoaks.
The 'Best Stunt' voting will be between Lauren and Joey's car crash in EastEnders, Katie's mineshaft fall in Emmerdale, Dex's car crash in Home and Away and the wedding day mini-bus disaster in Hollyoaks.
Elsewhere, the 'Best Wedding' category looks back on the dramatic nuptials of Kirsty and Tyrone (Coronation Street), Nick and Leanne (Coronation Street), Christian and Syed (EastEnders) and Vanessa and Lucas (Neighbours).
The other four categories are 'Best Baby Drama', 'Forbidden Lovers', 'Best Death' and 'Best Storyline'.
The All About Soap Awards are the first fully-fledged soap awards of 2013 and are determined solely by public votes.
All About Soap's editor Johnathon Hughes commented: "All About Soap awards celebrate the most explosive moments in soap from the last year that had everyone talking, giving the public the chance to have their say. The scandal, the shocks, the secrets, it's all here!
"Competition is always fierce among the soaps when it comes to awards - and this year is no different."
Voting will open on Tuesday, February 12 via the All About Soap website and an awards form in the magazine's next issue. The poll closes on Monday, February 25 and the winners will be announced in the magazine next month.
