However I think the penny drops next week when she realises Posh Boy is a nasty piece of work

Lyndon Ogbourne has teased that Emmerdale bad boy Nathan Wylde has a "really dark future" ahead.
The actor recently confirmed that he was quitting the ITV1 soap but told This Morning that there are "lots more twists and turns to go" with his character.
"There's a really dark future ahead for Nathan, even darker than you've seen," he revealed.
He went on to say that ITV may warn viewers prior to broadcasting the scenes.
"The stuff we've filmed is possibly some of the most evil and corrupt stuff I've witnessed in the soap at all," he continued. "I think they are planning on putting warnings before the episode.
"There's some really dark stuff that's been filmed with one of the main actors. It's really corrupt and quite evil."
Ogbourne also confirmed that the show's bosses have left the door open if he wants to return to the role in the future.
"They've very kindly said they'll leave the door open so who knows?" he said. "To be honest I don't want it to be the end of Nathan. I hope he does come back at some point because I've just had an absolute blast playing him and there's lots more to come."

Jason Merrells has revealed that Emmerdale's Declan Macey will be murderess Natasha Wylde's "enemy".
Merrells, who joined the ITV soap earlier this year, told Soaplife that Declan would break up with Natasha (Amanda Donohe) when she continues to defend her son Nathan against claims that he murdered his father Mark.
However, despite ending the relationship, Declan remains at Home Farm.
"Natasha's always been the driving force in the business but the tables have turned," he said. "Natasha's shocked at how cold he suddenly becomes. Instead of her lover now he's her enemy. And he's determined to get exactly what he wants."
Asked what Declan wanted, he admitted: "Complete control of Home Farm.
"He wants the Wyldes out and the first thing he does is sack Nathan. Deep down I think he still cares for Natasha but he turns the love into hate..."
Natasha, Maisie (Alice Coulthard), Nathan (Lyndon Ogbourne) and Will, will all exit the soap as the storyline reaches its climax.

Emmerdale star Lyndon Ogbourne has revealed that he will be filming his final scenes for the soap this week.
In August, the actor announced that he was bowing out of the show after nearly two years in the role of twisted Nathan Wylde.
Writing on Twitter last night, Ogbourne commented: "I'm chilled and ready for my final week filming Emmerdale, full of every emotion you could name - but mostly excitement and sadness!
"I've had the most amazing time EVER!! I'll never forget playing and bringing to life Nathan Wylde! Thank you all for your support - let my final week commence!"
Later, he added: "So proud of all your comments of support about my final week ahead - I love being involved in Emmerdale and I enjoy playing Nathan so much, but I have to follow my heart and ambition."
Ogbourne has previously said that "personal ambition and excitement for future projects" sparked his decision to leave the long-running drama.
The 27-year-old's screen family members Amanda Donohoe (Natasha), Alice Coulthard (Maisie) and Oscar Lloyd (Will) are also departing the programme.

Natasha Wylde (Amanda Donohoe) tries to calm Nathan down and tells him they must see their lies about Mark's death through to the end...

Interview with Lyndon Ogbourne
Is Nathan still confident his plan to frame Ryan for Mark’s murder will work?
"Until things start going seriously wrong for him. He’s convinced it’ll work. It has to, considering everything he’s been through. But then Maisie comes back to the village and things start to unravel even more. Nathan’s pleased to see her, hoping she’ll have decided to dismiss the Ryan-is-innocent thing. She hasn't though. In fact she chooses to stay with Faye rather than with him and Natasha. That’s a real shocker."
How upsetting is it for Nathan to have Maisie believe that he killed their dad?
"It’s devastating. Most of his actions have been motivated by trying to protect Maisie and their brother Will. So to have Maisie being so adamant that he killed Mark starts destroying him."
It seems that by protecting his mum, Nathan’s the one who’s losing everything and everyone...
"He finds it more and more upsetting that Natasha seems less and less willing to give him any kind of support. He’s done so much for her and yet she seems happy to let the entire village think he’s guilty. He wants Natasha to back him up, to tell people he’s not the murderer and to convince Maisie that Nathan isn't the killer. It's scary that Natasha's not sticking up for him."
How does Nathan feel when he takes the stand in court at Ryan’s trial and swears to tell the whole truth?
"The lying doesn’t bother him but he is scared and worried about taking the stand. This is his only chance to get the judge and jury onside. He puts a brave face on it and manages not to let his fear show. As always when he’s backed into a corner, he comes out fighting. He feels that the court is behind him - apart from Ryan, Maisie and Faye, that is."
Does Nathan not have a single ounce of compassion or guilt over Ryan?
"Heck no. It’s all gone on far too long for that. He hates Ryan for what he’s done to the Wylde family – even though it’s not Ryan’s fault."
We know Nathan gets kidnapped – how does it happen?
"It’s all very sudden when he’s on his way home from the court."
What were the scenes like to film?
"They were quite terrifying - both to make and to watch. They’re the most exhausting and shocking scenes I’ve ever done on Emmerdale. Nathan’s blindfolded and bundled into the back of a car. Then when he comes to, he doesn’t have a clue where he is. He’s tortured and is absolutely petrified. It's obvious the kidnapper is trying to make Nathan confess to the murder."
Does Nathan ever wish he’d never got involved in covering up for his mum?
"Yes, of course, but once he’d decided to cover up for Natasha, there was no going back. He loves his mother but he hates her, too, for almost being willing to see him framed as Mark’s killer."
How do you feel about the break up of the Wylde family?
"All of us - Amanda, Alice and myself - feel sad about it, although we’re all looking forward to what we’ll be doing next. We’re planning on meeting up regularly though - we’ve become very good friends."

Natasha Wylde could confess to murder to save her son Nathan Wylde in 'Emmerdale'.
The businesswoman and her son have framed Ryan Lamb (James Sutton) for the murder of her cheating husband Mark Wylde (Maxwell Caulfield), but Amanda Donohoe - who plays the murderess in the ITV1 soap - believes her character could come clean when Nathan's life is in threat.
The farmer - played by Lyndon Ogbourne - is set to be kidnapped after he provides false testimony at the trial.
Amanda revealed to Soaplife magazine: "Her motives for not confessing are, and always have been, to protect her family so if that came into question maybe she would."
The actress also believes her alter-ego doesn't hate her husband's secret son Ryan but simply feels she has no choice but than to get him sent to prison.
She said: "Natasha's in denial. She's shut down and feels numb. This is the decision she's made and she has to carry it through to the end. Natasha's frozen her feelings. Now she's come so far she can't allow anything to get in the way."
However, Amanda - who recently announced her decision to leave the show - expects her character to get caught out.
She said: "There are so many murderers in 'Emmerdale' who've got away with it, but I think it's about seeing justice down."

Emmerdale star Lyndon Ogbourne has revealed that fans will soon see Nathan Wylde's vulnerable side as he takes the stand in court.
In next week's episodes, the actor's twisted alter ego must give evidence at Ryan Lamb's murder trial in the final stage of a malicious plot to frame his half-brother.
As Nathan is called to give his testimony, he knows that he must continue to lie in order to protect his mum Natasha (Amanda Donohoe), who was the real culprit behind Mark Wylde's death.
Speaking to the official Emmerdale website, Ogbourne explained: "Nathan stands there and he's shaking like a leaf. He's absolutely terrified at what he's just about to do. He says he'll tell the truth, but as we know, there isn't an ounce of truth in that!"
However, the 27-year-old added that Nathan's manipulative ways serve him well on the day - as he wins over the jury and things look bleak for Ryan.
Ogbourne said: "Nathan's at his best when he's in control - utterly in control. When he's in court, he's got the judge, the jury and every single person eating out of the palm of his hand."
However, Nathan's impressive performance on the stand ultimately leads to a dramatic kidnap plot as someone holds him captive in a desperate attempt to uncover the truth. Details of who is responsible are being kept closely under wraps until transmission.

ITV soap Emmerdale is to give fans a glimpse of different outcomes which were filmed for Ryan Lamb's murder trial, it has been announced.
Next week, the ongoing story of Mark Wylde's murder reaches a dramatic climax as Ryan (James Sutton) learns whether he will be spending his future behind bars for a crime he did not commit.
Details of Ryan's fate are being kept closely under wraps until transmission, but it has now been confirmed that a number of different endings were shot for the storyline - and all of them will be available for viewing on the official Emmerdale website from this Thursday.
The first outcome shows Ryan found guilty of killing his father as the jury delivers a shock verdict, while the second sees the jury rightfully clearing him of the charge.
Meanwhile, the third sees scheming Natasha Wylde (Amanda Donohoe) take to the stand and finally admit that she murdered Mark, while a fourth scene shows Ryan, Faye and Maisie celebrating outside the court.
Emmerdale's series producer Gavin Blyth commented: "The alternative endings we filmed earlier this year for Mark Wylde's murder proved hugely popular, and it seemed fitting to treat viewers to a similar experience for the culmination of the story. Hopefully the extra content will enhance their enjoyment of the episode, when Ryan learns his fate."

Emmerdale star Lyndon Ogbourne has revealed that there are big surprises in store for viewers as the ongoing story of Mark Wylde's murder reaches its climax this week.
Ogbourne's twisted character Nathan has attempted to set up his half-brother Ryan Lamb (James Sutton) for the crime in recent months, and viewers will soon discover whether he has been successful as the mechanic's trial draws to a close.
Last week, show bosses announced that four possible endings for the storyline were filmed, before releasing online videos showing each outcome. The first two clips show Ryan found guilty and not guilty, a third features Mark's real killer Natasha confessing all on the stand, and a fourth focuses on Maisie and Faye as they celebrate outside the court.
However, speaking on Loose Women today, Ogbourne admitted: "I knew of the four endings, but I think I'm allowed to say excitedly that it's none of those! You can watch all of them, but there's a double twist to the tale."
Praising the current state of the ITV1 soap, he added: "Everyone tune into Emmerdale. It's been amazing for a while, but the next few weeks leading up to the end of this year are incredible. It's brilliant. There's some big, big stuff."
Ogbourne filmed his final Emmerdale scenes earlier this month after deciding to bow out in favour of pastures new.

Natasha Wylde finally discovers that her son Nathan is being held captive by Cain in tonight's climactic episode of Emmerdale, forcing her to make a life-changing decision.
Last night, viewers saw Ryan Lamb found guilty of murdering his father Mark as the jury delivered a shock verdict - leaving Natasha to think that her nightmare was finally over.
However, when Natasha learns of Nathan's predicament in tonight's hour-long edition of the ITV1 soap, she ends up facing a massive dilemma as the tale of Mark's murder takes its final twists.
Will Natasha turn Nathan into the police and frame him for Mark's death? Will she escape justice by doing a runner before the truth comes out? Or could she turn herself in and finally confess that she was responsible for her husband's grisly fate?

Speaking of tonight's episode, Natasha's portrayer Amanda Donohoe commented: "Natasha didn't really plan for Ryan to be set up for the murder, it was down to Nathan. But as events have got out of control, she's had to get on with it out of sheer desperation.
"When Ryan was found guilty, she thought it was all over, but in tonight's episode events take a drastic turn."
Emmerdale's hour-long special airs tonight at 7pm on ITV1.

Lyndon Ogbourne has revealed that Emmerdale fans will see Nathan Wylde "at his most vulnerable" during his final weeks on screen.
The actor has already filmed his last scenes as the village bad boy, who is currently trying to sell Home Farm following his mum Natasha's arrest for murder.
Speaking to the Inside Soap Yearbook 2011 about his final storyline, Ogbourne explained: "Well, Nathan doesn't get killed off, but by the end of it he's managed to turn the whole village against him.
"I'm so excited about these final few weeks because it's Nathan at his most vulnerable, perhaps the most honest he's ever been. So many people finally see him for what he really is, even his own family.
"In a way, it's quite a sad ending for him. It's the dethroning of Nathan, and that should lead people to wonder what he'll be like if he ever comes back."
The 27-year-old has previously said that his decision to leave Emmerdale was influenced by "personal ambition and excitement for future projects".

Hands up who wants to see the smile wiped off smug Nathan Wylde's face?
You might be in luck.
Lyndon Ogbourne, who is leaving the show after two years as the nasty posh boy, has given a few clues as to how Nathan makes his exit - and it doesn't sound like it's in a blaze of glory.
He told Inside Soap: "Nathan doesn't get killed off, but by the end of it, he's managed to turn the whole village against him.
"I'm so excited about doing these final few weeks, because it's Nathan at his most vulnerable, perhaps the most honest he's ever been. So many people finally see him for what he really is, even his own family.
"In a way, it's quite a sad ending for him. It's the dethroning of Nathan, and that should lead people to wonder what he'll be like if he ever comes back."
So it may not be the last we see of him!

Emmerdale star Lyndon Ogbourne has admitted that Nathan Wylde deserves to face the consequences of his twisted behaviour during his final weeks on screen.
The actor's scheming character will soon bow out of the ITV1 soap as the Wylde family's reign at Home Farm comes to an end after nearly two years.
In an interview with Soaplife, Ogbourne was asked whether it would be worse for Nathan to lose his fortune or the support of his sister Maisie in his exit storyline.
He replied: "That's a tricky one. Being left penniless probably because the money is his security. But then Maisie's the person he loves most in the world and losing her would mean he'd have no-one.
"The thing is, though, a baddie like Nathan needs his comeuppance. He deserves to be left penniless and alone."
Ogbourne recently revealed that viewers will see Nathan "at his most vulnerable" before he leaves the village.

How’s Nathan feeling since Declan stitched him up over Home Farm?
“I think he’s feeling very humiliated. Everything he’s strived for has fallen apart really. His family are turning against him, the house has been sold to the person he didn’t want it to and I think he’s a broken man!”
Can he get out of the village fast enough?
“Well, that’s what he’s hoping to do but I think he was hoping to do it with a bit of pride intact and also hopefully with a bit of his family intact. But literally everything has been taken away. In his final throes of being very spiteful, Nathan admits that he was trying to stitch Ryan up and was trying to do everything he could to screw him over.”
Well they’re winding each other up in the pub before that - can Nathan sense that Ryan is wanting revenge?
“Nathan thinks Ryan is clutching at straws and the one thing that Nathan is proud of is the fact that he has got to Ryan in quite a major way. But he’s unaware that Ryan is winding him up with a plan in mind. So yeah, I don’t’ think he really takes in how much revenge Ryan is looking to take.
“But as it is, Ryan gets everything out of Nathan – he gets him to admit to setting him up - which then eventually leads to Ryan getting Nathan to sign everything over to Maisie and Will. So when Nathan actually leaves, he literally has nothing - no money, no car, no family who loves or respect him – he is completely and utterly destitute.”
How does he feel when he realises Ryan and Declan have set him up?
“I think he’s just hollow at that point “
Is losing Maisie and Will the most heartbreaking thing for him?
“Definitely. I think people might start to feel a bit sorry for Nathan when he finds out that Maisie and Will have totally turned their backs on him, he’s just devastated and utterly defeated.”
Can you describe his last scene?
“He gives everything over, and as he walks away, Declan trips him up and chucks him to the floor, and gets him to hand over the keys and basically frogmarches him out of the house! He gets kicked to the floor and scrambles up and just walks away with absolutely nothing.”
-
Lyndon Ogbourne has hinted that he would like his Emmerdale character Nathan Wylde to get even with Cain Dingle one day in the future.
Last month, Cain was instrumental in the downfall of the Wyldes when he held Nathan captive and resorted to extreme measures to uncover the truth about Mark's murder, leading to the arrest of family matriarch Natasha.
Fans will see Nathan leave the village in disgrace next week following Ogbourne's decision to bow out from the show. However, producers have kept the door open for a possible return in the future.
Speaking to Inside Soap, Ogbourne commented: "It's about time someone taught Cain a serious lesson! Nathan's on the floor right now, but that doesn't mean he's learned his lesson. He'd probably come back to the village more evil than ever!"
The actor also said that he had a positive working relationship with Jeff Hordley, who plays the role of Cain.
He explained: "Jeff Hordley sent me a text while he was watching the scenes where Nathan was tortured to say how much he'd loved working together. It was brilliant."
Nathan's final episode airs on November 26.

Interview with Lyndon Ogbourne
Emmerdale bids farewell to one of its most memorable bad boys this week as twisted Nathan Wylde finally gets his comeuppance. Following the sale of Home Farm and Natasha's sentencing, Nathan looks forward to a fresh start with Maisie, Will and his fortune - but a confrontation with Ryan soon sparks his undoing. As Nathan gloats about his attempt to frame his half-brother for murder, he's unaware that his confession is being secretly recorded. Now holding all the cards for once, Ryan ensures that his long-time nemesis leaves the village with nothing - but is this the last we'll see of him? Lyndon Ogbourne, who plays Nathan, recently chatted about the character's departure and his time with the soap.
How does Nathan feel when Natasha is sentenced to 21 years behind bars this week?
"I think he's deeply upset by it. Despite how much people love to hate Nathan, it's got to be understood that he's gone through a hell of a lot - so I think, as much as he's upset by it, it's almost a relief to him that everything's finally out there and a decision has been made. As much as it angers him that his mum still went down for Mark's murder despite all of his hard work, I think it'll be a huge weight off his shoulders. But he is deeply upset and his reaction when the final verdict comes out is that he's absolutely broken by it."
Maisie and Will both stay away from the sentencing, but Nathan is keen to be there - why is that?
"I think it's because Nathan has seen it all from square one - he was the first person to find out about Mark, and he's continually been the one who's been put under a massive amount of pressure by the whole situation. It's not in any perverse way, but I think Nathan just wants to see it through. As much as anything, despite some people thinking, 'Oh no, he's always been nasty', his reason for a lot of what he's done has been his love for his mother. It's necessary for him to put closure on the whole thing."
We also see Ryan finally get his revenge this week…
"Yes, basically Nathan's desire to always be nasty and corrupt towards Ryan backfires. Nathan could so easily keep his mouth shut and let things go, but he's just too eager to have the final word and stick the final knife in. Because of him being like that, he blurts out everything that he's felt and done towards Ryan and Ryan's recorded it all! Ryan then threatens to hand over the recording to the police. Basically that's Nathan's undoing. But it's not the end for Nathan - I think it's been made clear that Emmerdale are excited about the possibility of him coming back, so I think there's always going to be a darker side to Nathan and he may eventually get his own back on Ryan. But for this moment in time, Nathan gets his comeuppance and Ryan is able to hand out a bit of justice for once!"
Ryan eventually agrees not to give the recording to the police as long as Nathan puts his fortune in a trust fund for Will - how does Nathan feel about that?
"He's absolutely shaken by it. Often the reason why Nathan does things is based on greed or financial gain, so to finally be totally and utterly without anything after having to hand everything over means that he's stripped bare. He has to give away his car, his possessions - everything he owns - and Ryan makes sure that Maisie and Will turn against him. He's then sent off into the distance and disappears! It's quite an emotional time but it's also quite an honest time for Nathan because, for once, he's got literally nothing."
Were you pleased with this final storyline?
"I was! I'm obviously pleased that they're keen to leave the door open for me. Sometimes when they're trying to keep the door open, they just let a character slip away and that can be disappointing - but I'm thrilled with this. I think it's necessary for the audience's sake that we see Ryan have a moment of satisfaction as he hands out a bit of justice. I think that's positive for Ryan and it's good to see Nathan dethroned, because he's spent a lot of time up on his high horse and being very arrogant. I think it'll show a very fragile and vulnerable side to Nathan that I'm excited about. Hopefully it'll mean that we've seen many different sides to him before he disappears, vowing to come back and wreak revenge!"
Were you ever surprised yourself at how evil and twisted Nathan became as time went on?
"Well, I think I've always tried to steer the writers' hands - through performance and through chatting to them - to push Nathan that way. I watch it myself and I want to smack him in the face! He's a really vile character and I'm pleased, because when I came into the show, I always wanted to make a mark on it and hopefully cause a reaction from the viewers. I couldn't have wished for a better reaction really, as everyone really detests him - in the nicest possible way!"
How do you feel now that your time at Emmerdale has come to an end?
"I'm excited! I made the decision myself to step away - Emmerdale had been very forward about looking to encourage me to stay. So I'm sad but I'm excited. The only reason that I'm leaving is professional ambition, really - looking to do other things and to do more theatre work. But I've absolutely loved this job - I've loved playing the horrible Nathan Wylde and the atmosphere at work is amazing. And I'm also looking forward to the possibility of coming back with some exciting story in the future."
If Nathan ever did return, would you like him to still be a bad boy, or would you prefer to see a different side to him?
"If he was to return, I think it'd be nice if he'd grown up a little bit. If he is still corrupt, which I think is an important element of Nathan, that could have almost grown up with him. I think it'd be nice to see a more rounded character - but I think it's very important to keep that evil nature that he has, because that's a key part of what people have come to know with Nathan. Maybe that could mean that he'd have more heart, but if he is backed into a corner, he could be more nasty and more aggressive than you've ever seen him before..."
What's the response been like from Emmerdale fans since you announced your decision to leave?
"Well, I watch Emmerdale myself and I think Nathan is a very easy character to love to hate. He's really got a lot of people's backs up and I think Emmerdale fans really enjoy that - they enjoy waiting for him to walk in and kick off at somebody or cause some trouble! So the general reaction, whether it's been from the public or on Twitter, has been very positive in as much as they seem sad to see me leave, which is a nice thing as an actor and as a person. It's nice that people have enjoyed my performance, but I think people also understand that it's been around two years that I've done on the show. They know that I've loved it and adored my time on Emmerdale, but I think they understand that I want to take a step back from the show for a while."
Was there a temptation to stick with the show for longer?
"It was tempting - it was very, very tempting because, as an actor, I feel like I've been given an amazing opportunity with Nathan. Together with the writers, I really feel like I've created an absolute monster - so it's a dream to be given the opportunity to create a character like Nathan. The temptation was to stay on, purely because I've enjoyed it so much. But I also have to respect my feelings and what I always said I would do when I approached this job - which was to do a couple of years and then take a step back, because I think it's easy to become comfortable within something like this. I always knew that I wanted to venture into doing more theatre and other projects, and not stay in it for years and years and years. If that means when I settle down and have a family, or after I've done a few projects, there's the possibility of returning to Emmerdale, that would be amazing because I love playing Nathan. But for now, I think leaving was the right thing to do."
Are you happy that you can now get back to London, as that's where your girlfriend lives?
"Well, that wasn't behind my decision to leave - myself and my girlfriend both understand that, as an actor, you can be away for long periods of time with work, so it's not been personal reasons why I've made that decision. But at the same time, I'm so excited to get back down to London because obviously friends, some family and my girlfriend are all down there, so it is something that's exciting. I've had a whole life that I've had to put on hold to some extent down in the south."
Are you hoping to find a role that's very different from Nathan now?
"Well, to be honest, I've always enjoyed playing the bad guys! Doing Robin Hood and Spooks, I've always played some form of tricky character - somebody who rubs people up the wrong way or is involved in naughty activities! I think it would be interesting for me to do something very, very different - but at the same time, if opportunities came up to play more mischievous and corrupt characters, I think I'd jump at the chance. I do find them exciting to play as an actor because hopefully they're vastly different from me! It is nice to play somebody who's very, very different to you rather than playing the nice guy, but if I was given the opportunity to play the romantic lead or the best friend of someone, then it'd be great to show people that I am able to create likeable characters as much I'm able to create the really unlikeable ones!"
What are your thoughts on the Maceys taking over at Home Farm?
"I think we're going to see a very different side of Home Farm that perhaps audiences haven't seen. Often Home Farm is associated with families having a quick demise - whether it's murders or death or whatever else! I think what the audience will now see is a very different side to it - with Declan and his father, I think it will almost be like the odd couple in the way that they'll be bickering. Also, I think with Declan and his ex-wife, there'll be an upbeat and almost rom-com element to this new family. I think it's going to be a very exciting time for Home Farm as we see this different side to it. Perhaps it won't be so bleak! There'll be some dramas, but it won't be so depressing!"
Can you name any particular highlights from your time at Emmerdale?
"I've loved working with Jeff Hordley, who plays Cain. I think some of the stuff that Nathan and Cain have done together has been brilliant - especially the recent torture storyline. Working with Amanda Donohoe has also been absolutely amazing - she's an incredible actress to learn from. Also just working with the family - with Alice Coulthard and with Oscar Lloyd - has been fantastic."
Who do you plan to keep in touch with from the show?
"Well, Alice and I are very good friends, and I'm also good friends with James Sutton, Danny Miller, Adam Thomas and Jeff as well. But it's such a family environment at work, so when the time's right I'll definitely come back up north to visit. I love being in Yorkshire anyway, so I'll visit the set. But as far as regular contact goes, I think that'll be James, Danny, Adam and Alice."
James Sutton told us a while back that you both wanted Nathan and Ryan to become partners in crime - it's a shame we didn't get to see that!
"I know! I think it would have been amazing to see them almost become the Kray brothers of the Dales! That's something that could still happen in the future - maybe on the return of Nathan, they could put their differences aside, realise that they've been through a hell of a lot together and take the village apart together!"
Do you think Emmerdale can continue going from strength to strength in the months ahead?
"I think Emmerdale is in such incredible shape. I've been blessed with some incredible storylines and I think Danny Miller is doing an incredible job with his storyline. I think there's so many elements to it which are making it a very, very strong show and I think it will just continue going from strength to strength. I feel proud to have been there as it really started to push forward."
Would you ever appear on another soap?
"I think it would be exciting. I would never just out and out accept another soap role - obviously my heart is very dear to Emmerdale. But at the same time, it could be good if the character was right. It'd have to be a decision that I'd make as an actor and because the part was right, rather than just for the sake of being on another soap."
Finally, will you still be keeping up your entertaining tweets after Nathan bows out?
"I will not be turning my back on Twitter! I've embraced Twitter and I've loved it! It's been exciting, because playing someone like Nathan, people can seriously believe that you're that character. I hope that what I've achieved through Twitter is to show people that I'm so vastly different from Nathan. Hopefully people will now keep an eye on what's to come for my career in the future. I've really enjoyed Twitter and all of the people who support me and follow me are very dear to me. It's a great support to have."
