Its really well done.
A pity Yasmeen didn't insist on getting back her credit cards when Geoff was crying. She had the upper hand very briefly then, and had acted a little stronger with him. Time to lay some rules down!
Sorry but I find this unrealistic.Yasmeen is strong whatever anyone says. She would never allow herself to be bullied like this however clever the perpetrator is . Look at her history . She would kick him into touch if not in the crotch.

This storyline does not look like it is not going to end soon...
I was terrified watching, I knew he had murdered the poor hen, but I thought Yaz was going to find feathers in the bin!
Needs to be not ending soon, as this sort of thing happens for years!
I admit that this current storyline with Geoff and Yas is uncomfortable viewing but as there is so much "Gaslighting" and domestic mental abuse within homes:thumbsdow, this is a damn good use of TV :), showing a story that many will be
able relate to, and hopefully raise awareness.
WEll Done Corra:cheer:
Whilst some folk know this goes on,:crying: there are many who are suffering and have no idea they are a victim, this has been brilliant for getting everyone talking:cheer:, I know two people who have recognised that
they were being in the same situation but thought it was just their "marriage" not any more!
Can't wait to see Geoff's come upance, bully:thumbsdow
He seems incredibly insecure at times, like in the last episode where he became distraught when Yasmeen went upstairs to pack. I'd love to know more about his life and how he got to be the way he is.
Geoff has done everything he can to keep Tim on side - but the arrival of his ex-wife, the mum that Tim was told was dead - throws everything into chaos.
It turns out that Geoff treated Elaine the same way as he did Yasmeen and she could be the one to expose him - and also show Tim the awful truth about his evil father.

does elaine tell tim that tess is alive?
I hope we do meet Tess
However it is done, we really need rid of Geoff.
hopefully the detective really digs deep investigating geoff's wives and is not taken in by his sleazy unwitty charm
I really hope that the Detective pulls up something on him! He cannot get away with this! He's awful!

Coronation Street villain Geoff Metcalfe feels triumphant tonight (August 14) after Tim and Sally's latest row.
Geoff (Ian Bartholomew) is delighted when he learns that Tim and Sally have fallen out over their wedding fund.
Earlier this week, Sally (Sally Dynevor) decided to hand over the money that Geoff gave her and Tim to spend on their ceremony.
Knowing that the savings rightfully belonged to Yasmeen (Shelley King), Sally didn't feel comfortable spending them and gave them back to Alya (Sair Khan).
In Friday's episode, Sally makes another apology to Tim (Joe Duttine) for making this decision without consulting him.
Sally also promises that they can still afford a wedding without needing to rely on Geoff's contributions, insisting that she'd never let anything jeopardise their romantic plans.
Later on, Geoff celebrates the latest tensions by lecturing Sally on the unbreakable bond between a father and son.
Geoff continues to hint that he'll always come first for Tim and that Sally should be wary of crossing him.
As we've previously revealed, this argument will ultimately come back to haunt Geoff next week when Tim finds out about it.
Fed up with being caught between his partner and his father, Tim heads off with Sally to go and stay with Gina for a while, leaving Geoff with few allies left.
Geoff Metcalfe is questioned by the police after Sally Webster steals his laptop and tries to recover the CCTV footage of his final argument with Yasmeen next week in Coronation Street.
Viewers have been predicting the footage - which proves Yasmeen?s innocence - will be the key to Geoff?s downfall for weeks after Tim walked in on him deleting it earlier this year.
Geoff got away with it by feeding Tim a sob story about installing a camera because he felt unsafe around Yasmeen, before binning it with their used fish and chip papers.
But the walls will begin to close around Geoff when Tim will tell Sally about the CCTV camera this week after his dad terrorises Alya at Speed Daal.
Sally is horrified by the revelation and tries to get Tim to see Geoff for the monster he is.
Next week?s episodes of Coronation Street will see tensions rise between Sally and Tim.
Geoff assures Tim that he?s the victim in all of this and Tim promises his dad he believes him.
Meanwhile, Sally tells Cathy about the hidden CCTV camera and Cathy says any footage will be on Geoff?s laptop.
Later, Sally hatches a plan and tells Faye she wants to get a book for Yasmeen and asks for the keys.
As she?s searching the house, Sally spots Geoff?s laptop and puts it into her bag.
But it all kicks off when Geoff returns just in time to spot her snooping around.
Will Geoff believe she was collecting a book - or might things turn nasty?
Later, viewers will see a panicked Sally escaping from the house and shouting for help.
Tim comes to her rescue and takes her home, where she tells him that she?s stolen Geoff?s laptop and wants to view the footage.
With Faye?s help, the trio try to download the deleted camera app and CCTV footage.
Later, the police arrive and tell Geoff that new evidence has appeared - and that they have some questions for him.
Have Sally and Tim found the footage of his final argument with Yasmeen?
If so, is it all over for Geoff?
Corrie producer Ian MacLeod has already confirmed that Geoff will meet his downfall this year.
He previously said: "What form that comeuppance takes is still in discussion. We wanted a redemptive ending ultimately for Yasmeen."
Adding that he, Ian and Shelley had been in correspondence with real-life abuse victims, Ian continued: "For the sake of all those people, we have to tell the right ending with some positivity and optimism."
Iain MacLeod has dropped a hint about an unexpected lifeline for Yasmeen Metcalfe.
Viewers recently learned that Yasmeen (Shelley King) is recovering well following her recent heart attack, though that means her trial will now be looming once again.
With Yasmeen needing a defence to prove that her evil husband Geoff (Ian Bartholomew) was actually abusive, producer Iain MacLeod has teased that she might receive some surprising support from Daniel (Rob Mallard) and Nicky (Kimberley Hart-Simpson).
"We've got more for Daniel Osbourne," he told Digital Spy and other media in a Zoom press conference. "Obviously we've seen the beginning of his slightly messed-up burgeoning friendship with Nicky the sex worker. That will rumble on for quite some time, but probably not in the manner that you expect it to.
"One of my favourite elements of that story is that it draws in Geoff at a certain point, in a way that will become significant in the run-up to Yasmeen's court hearing at the end of the year. That's going to be really big."
It was already revealed that Geoff saw sex workers during his marriage to Yasmeen ? does Nicky have some damning evidence she can provide against him?
More trouble for Geoff is also on the horizon as his daughter-in-law Sally (Sally Dynevor) is set to steal his laptop, in order to convince Tim (Joe Duttine) and Faye (Ellie Leach) that the abuser had used a spy camera on his wife.
"At first, Tim and Faye don't want to see what is going on because they're worried, but Sally says: 'This will settle the argument once and for all. If there's nothing there, then you can come down on me and tell me I was wrong'," Sally Dynevor has told Digital Spy and other media.
"So, for Sally, it's really important to find the footage and try to show them the truth of what has been going on."

Ian Bartholomew has hinted that a final comeuppance for evil Geoff Metcalfe could be getting closer.
Geoff recently lost his last remaining ally when his son Tim finally saw his true nature, but he still remains a free man and hasn't faced the full consequences of his actions.
In a new chat with the next issue of Inside Soap ? out on Tuesday (September 22) ? Ian has spoken about what's next for Geoff, hinting that justice could be getting closer.
"Now that Tim is in the picture, I think we have to view this as the beginning of the end for Geoff," Ian told the magazine.
"The more out of control he feels, the less in control he behaves ? and I don't think it will end well, whatever happens.
"We love to hate a baddie, and see someone like Geoff get his comeuppance, so I suspect that he will.
"Let's be honest ? Geoff is going to get it!"
Ian spoke to the magazine to tie in with his nominations at the Inside Soap Awards 2020. He has been longlisted in the Best Actor and Best Villain categories, while the dramatic moment when Geoff's tormented wife Yasmeen fought back against him has been nominated in the Best Show-Stopper category.
Reflecting on the nods, Ian laughed: "This is all very exciting! Actors will always tell you that awards don't matter, until of course you're up for one ? and then they matter a great deal!
"It's really flattering and extremely gratifying to have your work recognised by other people, so I'm happy and humbled by it."

Coronation Street villain Geoff Metcalfe tries to manipulate a jury next week as Yasmeen's trial begins.
Geoff (Ian Bartholomew) is determined to make sure that his estranged wife suffers further as she stands accused of attempted murder in tense scenes.
Viewers saw Yasmeen (Shelley King) lash out at Geoff in self-defence earlier this year after he'd tormented her with months of abuse.
When evil Geoff gets his chance to give evidence next week, he plays up to the jury and claims that Yasmeen subjected him to a vicious, nasty and unprovoked attack. He also lies that Yasmeen is a violent alcoholic.
Fortunately, Imran Habeeb (Charlie de Melo) is on hand to cross-examine Geoff and give the true version of events.
Imran also questions Yasmeen, allowing her an opportunity to explain how Geoff was a controlling bully throughout their marriage.
The jury is shown the video footage which proves Geoff's abusive behaviour. For the first time, Geoff starts to look uneasy as it's clear that things may not be going his way.
Yasmeen bravely recalls Geoff's coercive and cruel behaviour, before explaining what really happened on the night of the bottle incident.
The prosecution barrister proves to be a formidable opponent, taking apart Yasmeen's version of events piece by piece.
Later in the week, Yasmeen's granddaughter Alya Nazir (Sair Khan) also provides evidence and faces a grilling of her own from the prosecution.
Geoff's daughter-in-law Sally (Sally Dynevor) gives testimony in support of Yasmeen too, but the prosecution dismisses her claims as hearsay.
Yasmeen and her loved ones are left on tenterhooks in the aftermath of the court drama, knowing that the trial could still go either way.
Coronation Street airs these scenes on Wednesday, December 2 and Friday, December 4 at 7.30pm and 8.30pm on ITV.

I am not looking forward to Alya giving evidence as she will start shouting at the barrister which she should not :nono:
This is true, but if Yasmeen is acquitted because of Geoff's abusive behaviour and provocation (which is really the only grounds she can be acquitted on), the police ought to start an investigation into Geoff....oh, what am I saying? This is the Weatherfield police.....
I believe they will kill him off as makes easy for Yasmin to keep house and stay on street
I do not think that Geoff will be killed ... producer has promised that he will get his comeuppance and killing him would not send the right message to other DV victims
I read that she is in a mental hospital due to Geoff frightening her so much. I do not think she will attack him but that she will turn up in court at the last minute just as Geoff thinks he has won and will turn the table on him. I am confident, going by what the producer has said and even Ian Bartholemew, that there will be a justified outcome for abusers like him
