Randy Steve McDonald romps with barmaid Becky Granger after helping her walk free from court.
The couple get down and dirty after Steve lies for her at her assault trial.
He tells the court Becky was with him on the night in question as they’ve been having a year-long affair.
And even the sight of busybody Blanche Hunt watching from the public gallery doesn’t put him off.
But once Becky is cleared by the judge things get really heated.
Unable to keep their hands off each other the saucy pair head straight to a hotel for a sizzling afternoon session.
Steve then shocks the brassy babe by declaring his love and reveals he plans to split from girlfriend Michelle Connor
once they get back to Weatherfield.
A show insider said: “On the morning of her trial Becky is convinced that Steve won’t make the witness stand.
“Michelle has got him sorting out an anniversary party for her parents. But Steve can’t stop thinking about Becky and has to be there for her.
“He gives a heartfelt speech about the kind of woman Becky is before telling the court she was with him on the night.
“Blanche can’t believe her ears when he tells the court they’ve been having an affair. He later does his best to convince
her he was just helping a friend but later his emotions take over.”
Catch their romp a week on Wednesday.
The fur flies in a classic Corrie catfight when Michelle Connor flips after being dumped by Steve McDonald.
The barmaid hits the roof when she discovers her ex has moved new flame Becky Granger into the Rovers.
Steve (Simon Gregson, 34) manages to win Becky round after almost losing her for ever to his love rival Jason Grim-shaw (Ryan Thomas, 24).
But as they go public for the first time in February, Michelle (Kym Marsh, 32) goes ballistic in the boozer, calling Becky a “dirty little scrubber”.
She then showers her with a pint of Newton & Ridley’s best bitter.
Becky (Katherine Kelly, 29) leaps over the bar and launches herself at Michelle.
Hair is pulled and slaps are exchanged before the warring girls are separated by Jason, who tells Becky: “That’s enough eh Becky. Have a bit of dignity.”
Sobered by Jason’s intervention, Becky stops her assault on Michelle telling her: “OK, I’ll give you that one lady.”
But she adds the warning: “If you ever try anything like that again I’ll smash your smug little face in.”
However, Michelle isn’t scared off easily and the insults continue to fly, with Michelle screaming: “You’re a whippet in a frock who can’t keep her knickers up.
“You’re nothing but a scrawny slapper with all the class of a town centre toilet.”
And Steve will struggle to find any support at all for his relationship with Becky.
Even his mother Liz (Bev Callard, 52) tells him: “You must be as mad as a tree getting involved with Becky. She’s nowt but trailer trash.”
And Jason’s mum Eileen (Sue Cleaver, 43) is furious at how they have treated her son.
She stomps into the Rovers and tells Steve: “Get that two-timing little slut out of here now. I’m going to bang both your pathetic little heads together.”
An insider said: “These scenes will make great telly. The viewers always love a good catfight, so Becky and Michelle’s clash certainly won’t disappoint them.”
Gotta love a cat fight
