Didn't they go halves each? I seem to remember them all speaking to the council or something and arranging it properly? Could be wrong though - I have been known to be haha
maybe arthur wasn't martin's real father. i'm sure this isn't the case but anything to put a bit of excitement into the eastenders script.
Did Pauline own the house ie was it mortgaged/owned outright or is it a Council House?
If the house was owned by Pauline then she would have been able to "gift" the house to Martin and Sonia so that they wouldn't have had to pay inheritence tax on the event of her death but the condition is that you have to live for seven years after you "gift" it - if you die within that time then the house would still form part of her estate and be subject to the usual inheritance tax etc.
Not sure how she would have been able to give the house to Martin and Sonia if she rented it from Council although I suspect it would be something like putting their names on the rent book.
In any event it will be interesting to see what the "shock" for Martin is.
maybe she left the house to rebecca.
am i right in thinking that martin and sonia leave anyway? so maybe she left the house to someone else.
Somehow i don't think it'll be Ian,i don't know why,but i just think there's gonna be a good twist coming up!

Phil gets in touch with Stella despite Ben's feelings, and eventually gets things back on track.
Who's Jay lol??
Even though I don't like the actress who plays Dawn (can't think of her name)
the Dawn stuff sounds good. It is actually a shame that Dawn is played by a bad actress (she's bad to me) I really like Rob and May though.
