Does Daniel potentially come back whenever they find out Paul is innocent? I'm still not convinced he's leaving for good.
Tom Quill does seem like the most obvious suspect for whoever started it. I know he's presumed dead, but if a character doesn't die on screen, chances are they are still alive :p
