Fleeing their troubles after being named the culprits behind the Erinsborough High fire seems the only option for Ben and Piper.
There's more then meets the eye when it comes to this troubled twosome.
Suffering from broken ribs, Ben (Felix Mallard) keeps his injuries concealed from Piper (Mavournee Hazel).
You see, when Ben was rundown by Sheila (Colette Mann), he believed it was nothing more than bumps and bruises but as more time passes, his injuries are becoming signifcantly more painful.
At the same time, Piper finally confesses the truth about the blaze to Lauren (Kate Kendall) and admits she feels horrible for being responsible for her mother's burns.
Shocked by Piper's admission, Lauren advises her to tell everyone the truth - it's the only solution to her problems.
Facing the reality of telling her parents what happened is too much for Piper though, despite acknowledging the wisdom behind Lauren's suggestion.
As Ben and Piper escape town and lay low outside of Erinsborough, they begin finding it increasingly harder to sustain their life on the run. With the adrenaline wearing off, their harsh reality is begining to set in.
With Ben's injuries becoming worse, are the teens in too deep?

Burdened by the guilt she feels over Terese's burns, Piper confesses her involvement in the fire to a shocked Lauren, who advises Piper to be honest with her mother.

Steph's plan to apologise to Vanessa for kidnapping Paddy backfires when Steph's sanity comes under scrutiny, leaving Vanessa believing that Steph is still mentally unwell.

Thursday, 12th November - Shock collapse
Runaways Ben and Piper have fled to Glenrowan and in desperate need of money, they take jobs as fruit pickers. Although Ben does his best to hide his breathing difficulties due to his fractured ribs, he's soon too unwell to work. After Piper leaves for work, Ben's condition deteriorates rapidly and he collapses in agony.

Nate's Interstate Pool Competiton at The Waterhole yields more than sporting competitiveness as Amy and Shay jostle for Kyle's affections.
