TV Soap spoilers 22nd October - 4th November 2015

Amen to that Sparkly!
I really liked her when she arrived, but she's became almost unbearable.
I can appreciate that she's dreamt of having the perfect family for so long and she finally has it. But under those circumstances, causing so much hurt and to be proud of that? It's so strange.
And then to have a go at Terese because Brad OFFERS to be there for her is beyond ridiculous after everything she done to get Brad and Lauren together, whilst sitting back and enjoying watching Terese slowly lose her mind to paranoia and jealousy.
Terese isn't perfect, but at least she wasn't involved in a stolen car ring and wasn't trying to break up a marriage...

I was really looking forward to Piper arriving. But she's a major let down. Terrible character.

I agree, but hopefully she'll improve. At the moment they're trying too hard to make her individual and interesting, but no doubt that'll be toned down after a while.

I like her too. Pretty much like them all except the real villains!

There doesn't seem to be a lot of tolerance for characters in soaps on here tbh. I like the fact that characters are made realistic in Neighbours in particular. They have their faults, like we all do.

I can't say I've completely taken to Piper yet but I'll give it time, we don't really know her, she's not had a lot of scenes really & there's a lot of mystery with her and whatever her secret is.... :hmm:

I like Piper (and Ben for that matter). It's nice to have some actual teen drama, rather than the adults just acting like teens! She definitely hasn't had enough screen time to judge yet, but I get the feeling we'll start to see more of in the next few weeks. I'm hoping she might stir things up a little and move the plot away from the whole Brad/Lauren/Terese triangle for a little while. I'd like to see her interact more with Imogen and Josh and see those relationships develop.

Yes, we all have our faults, but the scriptwriters seem to have made Paige into some kind of pantomime villain whereby it is very hard to like her. She seems very selfish and obsessed with her parents being together at the expense of others. As for Piper, she hasn't had a lot of scenes or any good storyline yet so I'm looking forward to seeing her character develop.
