I don't see what previous convictions have to do with going on this game show. Yes he did something awful but let's not tarnish him for the rest of his life. Social inequality and deprivation is one of the reasons for the high re-offending rate in this country.
If, for example, he was a convicted paedophile and said he was going to spend his winnings on a harem of underage kids to have sex with, it might be a different situation. Having £1m in the bank doesn't make him any more or less likely to assault somebody.

I really dont think its fair to remove them from the show, although I do think if they were very serious crimes, say murder then yes they shouldnt be on the show, tbh they should still be in jail.
Its like winning the lottery, anyone can play and anyone can win, theres no skill to the game its all just luck like the lottery
