Why can't scriptwriters just let people be happy instead of having couples cheat on each other all the time? I'm pretty sure the infidelity rate isn't that high in real life.

That is why I find this a bit out of character... understand more if she did know about Syed but for her to be with someone else, especially only after getting married, is not what I would expect Amira to do.. She seems totally in love with Syed.. maybe things don't go to well in the bedroom or Syed is still madly in love with Christian that he neglects her and she welcomes any male attention...
But even if things are not going right in the bedroom...with the ink on the marriage certificate not quite dry, do you seek solace elsewhere? Another unbelievable storyline. I just hope that with the Muslim aspect it might be a little bit more interesting than the Kevin/Molly affair which is soo boring
I think the Syed/Amira/Christian love triangle has been very well-written and thought out so far, so hopefully further developments will be just as good. It would have to go right downhill to be as bad as the Kevin/Molly affair.
I thought she would get with Syed's brother the nerdy fella cant think of his name
Tamwar
Yeah, it would be nice if Tamwar and Amira ended up together. I'm not sure what the age difference is between them.
maybe syed doesn't pay her any attention now,if he's in love with christian then he'd find it hard to display love for her, maybe he's ignoring her and being cold towards her.it happens.
Yes, it does happen, and it would be understandable if Amira turned to someone else for comfort after, say, a couple of years. It's the fact that she supposedly does it within a month of marriage that seems uncharacteristic.
