Rodney Marsh is 5th to bog off

RODNEY Marsh became the fifth contestant to get the boot from the I’m A Celebrity jungle last night — and celebrated with champagne.
The soccer pundit, 63, said he would rather “chew on a broken light bulb” than stay. And he added: “I expected it to be hard but not as harsh. The lack of food, lack of sleep, lack of anything to do. It’s tough, it’s really tough.”
He also slammed PR guru Lynne Franks, saying: “I despise everything she stands for.”

Rodney Marsh has become the latest celebrity to be voted out of the I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here jungle after 14 days in camp.
The football pundit, who is the fifth campmate to leave the show, revealed to presenters Ant and Dec that he was delighted to not have to stay until the final.
He said: "I’d rather chew on a broken light bulb. I expected it to be hard but not as harsh. The lack of anything to do… I’ve got to tell you folks, it is tough."
Rodney, who refused to say goodbye to fellow campmate Lynne Franks when she was voted out two days ago, admitted that he found it difficult living with her, saying: "I think it’s fair to say she did irritate me.
"I despise everything she stands for...I acted like a five-year-old kid sometimes, but what you see is what you get. Am I sorry about that? No I’m not."
But when he was questioned about Janice, he simply said: "She's a great professional."
Rodney, who began the show in the Croc Creek camp alongside Cerys and Marc, also discussed their relationship, revealing: "From the first time they met, you could tell there was something between them."
