Zsa Zsa Gabor has reportedly received her last rites in a Los Angeles hospital.
The 93-year-old actress was re-admitted to hospital on Friday and underwent surgery to have two blood clots removed, BBC News reports.
Gabor had only been released from the UCLA Ronald Reagan Medical Center on Wednesday, after an almost month-long stay following hip surgery.
"Zsa Zsa Gabor has seen a priest and is not doing very well. She's in a serious condition," her publicist John Blanchette told the AFP.
He added that her ninth husband, Prince Frederic von Anhalt, and other members of the family had been with her at the hospital.

Docs broke the news after finding a lump in the actor's throat.
The Hollywood veteran, 65, is now starting eight weeks of gruelling radiation and chemotherapy.
But medics say he is expected to make a full recovery, according to the star's spokesman.
And in a statement last night Michael declared: "I am very optimistic."
The Oscar winner used to smoke heavily, but four years ago vowed to kick the habit.
He has two young kids with actress wife CATHERINE ZETA JONES, 40.
Michael - son of film legend KIRK, 93 - also has a son CAMERON, 31, from his first marriage.
Cameron was jailed in June on drugs charges. At the time Michael said: "I've had a rough year on the personal front."

'Judge John Deed' star Martin Shaw collapsed in the middle of a stage performance on Wednesday.
The actor, who first found fame in the ‘70s TV show 'The Professionals', was playing a washed-up alcoholic actor in 'A Country Girl' at Shrewsbury's Severn Theatre when he started feeling unwell.
Paramedics soon arrived on the premises and the 65-year-old actor had to pull out of the performance during the first act as he was taken to hospital.
Shaw's agent Roger Charteris told the BBC that the star had a cracked ribbed and was also taking antibiotics to treat a severe chest infection.
Charteris added that he only decided to go ahead with the performance that night because "he didn't want to let his fans down."
A member of the audience told The Sun: "One minute he was acting, then he was a mumbling mess. After a 20-minute interval he was replaced by his understudy."
Martin Shaw recently starred as the main character in crime drama 'Inspector George Gently'.
