Jay-Z has prevented Sugababes from scoring their seventh number one hit.
His track 'Run This Town', which also features vocals from Rihanna and Kanye West, zooms straight to the top of the UK singles chart this week.
Sugababes have to settle for a number two debut with 'Get Sexy', while David Guetta slips to three with 'Sexy Bitch'.
Last week's number one, 'Holiday' by Dizzee Rascal, tumbles to four.
Meanwhile, Kings of Leon's 'Sex On Fire' leaps from 33 to six - its first appearance in the top ten since last November.
Outside of the top ten, Wale and Lady GaGa debut at 12 with 'Chillin', while Booty Luv bow at 16 with 'Say It'.

Pop singer Pixie Lott has notched up her second consecutive number one hit.
'Boys And Girls' zooms to the top of the UK singles chart this week, matching the success of her debut single 'Mama Do', which reached the summit in May.
David Guetta and Akon bounce back to two with 'Sexy Bitch', while last week's number one, 'Run This Town' by Jay-Z, Rihanna and Kanye West, falls to three.
Meanwhile, Mika bows at four with 'We Are Golden', his first single since December 2007.
Other new entries in the top ten come from Mini Viva, who debut at seven with 'Left My Heart In Tokyo', and Muse, who bow at nine with 'Uprising'.

Chipmunk scores his first number one single.
The 18-year-old rapper, who hails from Tottenham in north London, debuts in the top spot this week with 'Oopsy Daisy'.
Alexandra Burke has beaten Robbie Williams to the top of the UK singles chart.
'Bad Boys', her collaboration with US rapper Flo Rida, sold 187,100 copies last week to become the fastest-selling single of the year so far.
Burke, 21, also reached the top with her X Factor winner's song - a cover of Leonard Cohen's 'Hallelujah' - last December.
Williams has to settle for second position after selling 89,238 copies of 'Bodies', which duly becomes his 27th top ten hit since embarking on a solo career in 1996.
Last week's number one, 'Oopsy Daisy' by Chipmunk, falls to three, while Taio Cruz holds steady at four with former chart-topper 'Break Your Heart'.
Meanwhile, Michael Bublé scores his first top ten single after debuting at nine with 'Haven't Met You Yet'.

Cheryl Cole's solo debut has become the fastest-selling single of the year.
'Fight For This Love' sold more than 290,000 copies in its first week on release to beat 2009's previous seven-day best - set by Alexandra Burke's 'Bad Boys' last week - by over 100,000 units.
"I'm just getting over the fact I have recorded my solo record and now it's number one," Cole told the Official Chart Company. "I can't take this all in. It's hard for me to put into words how I feel. I have this permanent smile on my face."
Behind Cole, Burke's 'Bad Boys' slips to two, while Chipmunk's 'Oopsy Daisy' holds steady at three.
Meanwhile, Whitney Houston climbs from 14 to five with 'Million Dollar Bill' following her performance on The X Factor last week.
Young Soul Rebels - a collective featuring Tinchy Stryder, Pixie Lott and N-Dubz among others - debut at ten with 'I Got Soul', a single released in aid of the War Child charity.
