Kerry jealous of jungle babes
From thesun.co.uk
FORMER I'm A Celeb star Kerry Katona is jealous of Gemma and her jungle pals - because they get to wear make-up.
The ex-Atomic Kitten singer said: "Now correct me if I'm wrong but has anyone else noticed the fact that the girls are all wearing make-up?
"We were made to leave ours in the hotel, Katie Price used burnt wood to try and create eye liner.
"The 2007 bush babes seem to be made up to the nines!
"Have I missed a rule change?"
She also raved about Lynne being bullied, saying it's not justified regardless of how annoying she is.
Kerry will be gutted to hear the results of the first eviction, after saying: "One thing’s for sure: I don't want Marc or Cerys to leave - their relationship is really hotting up.
"I don't think it's a publicity stunt for Marc and his girlfriend Sarah. I truly think Marc is smitten with the jungle kitten!
Rod fights on but needs op
RODNEY must have major surgery on his knee when he returns to England, he revealed yesterday.
But the ex-footballer is refusing to leave the show until he is voted off.
Rodney, 63, was in agony after falling in the jungle on Wednesday and tearing ligaments.
He was whisked to hospital, where medics gave him painkillers and bandaged up his leg.
Now he is back at camp but is banned from Bushtucker Trials.
And he could be bedridden for the show.
He said: “The only way I’m leaving this jungle is when it’s my time to go. But I’ve got to keep my leg raised until I go back to London.”
Here's how to shut them up
WHINGERS Lynne and Janice wince as they try out the jungle bugs — and end up throwing such hissy fits they bring the show's production to a halt.
The pair kicked off after putting creepy crawlies in their mouths for 30 seconds each in the Jungle Sweetshop trial.
After bagging nine stars they refused to return to camp until medics treated their scratched mouths.
An insider said: “The pair of them were being impossible. They wanted antiseptic cream and all sorts of things, even though they weren’t injured.
“They said unless they got what they asked for they wouldn’t return to camp, throwing a major spanner in the works for the production schedule.”
After nearly an hour their demands were met and they returned to camp — where they started bitching about each other.
Janice claimed Lynne acted up for the cameras — and Lynne mocked Janice’s behaviour in the trial by pulling faces.
Meanwhile Janice admitted she DID act up for the cameras, saying: “I did what they wanted me to do — I put things in my mouth and pretended I didn’t like them.”
J has branded the ex-model an egotistical fake — but Cerys said: “She’s clever in the mindless world of reality TV.”
'Janice & Lynne like muppets'
HOST Dec Donnelly laid into bickering Janice and Lynne yesterday — by comparing them to the Muppet Show hecklers.
The cheeky Geordie said watching the girls’ verbal fisticuffs during the Bushtucker Trial was as funny as seeing pensioner puppets Statler and Waldorf blast Kermit and Co from their theatre balcony seats.
After gobby Janice finished an amazing EIGHTH trial, Dec, 32, said in an exclusive chat with The Sun: “She’s the perfect contestant, rubbing people up the wrong way and arguing.
“Janice and Lynne are like a pair of sisters fighting. They remind us of Statler and Waldorf on The Muppet Show. I like the fact they make no secret of not getting on. They don’t care and I love that.”
Even co-host Ant McPartlin — still smarting from being dubbed Junior by Janice — reckons the warring pair are winners in the ratings battle.
Ant, also 32, said: “Janice is great TV and great to watch. At first it was really funny when she called me Junior. But it’s not so funny now everyone keeps calling me it.”
The running joke about Statler and Waldorf — named after posh New York hotels — was that they would always be back next week in the best seats, no matter how bad they thought the acts were.
And Ant and Dec believe Janice and Lynne will also keep coming back for more, with both refusing to quit I’m A Celebrity over the arguments.
Dec said: “There are a lot of egos in the camp, but I don’t think either Janice or Lynne will walk out. They wouldn’t give in to the other one or give each other the satisfaction of doing that.”
Spilling the beans on the other contestants, randy Dec admitted that despite saying little, clean-living ex-Hollyoaks honey Gemma had caught his eye.

He quipped: “She keeps having a lot of showers, which is great to watch, let’s be honest.” Ant added: “We need to see her do a trial and then we’ll get to know her.” As for Cerys, Dec said: “She is very sweet. Everyone wants to give her a cuddle.”
Ant reckons Rodney is winding everyone up for the sake of it. He explained: “You can tell he’s a sportsman as he has that locker room mentality. He says things purposely to get a reaction.”
The pair said Anna hasn’t had a chance to shine yet, Biggins is “a little ray of sunshine” and chef John is a “volcano waiting to go off”. Ant giggled: “The funniest thing about John is that he’s a Michelin-starred chef, yet cooking for 11 seems to really stress him out.”
Even bitchy Katie was praised by Dec, who said: “She’s a very honest person, you know where you stand with her. And her bitching makes great viewing.”
But the pair branded Malcolm McLaren a scaredy-cat for quitting the show before it began. Dec scoffed: “Not having Malcolm hasn’t affected the show at all.”
Ant added:“He changed his mind after seeing the medic who briefed him on everything poisonous in the jungle. Odd that he changed his mind after that.”
