I had forgotten about James, thanks for reminding me. Her affairs with James and Cain were believable, I just don't find this seduction by Nate credible at all, or the contrived way they made her annoyed with Cain by having him drinking with Liam and inviting Paddy and Bear to stay without asking her. The closing scene where Nate picked her up and sat her down on the hay bale was a replay of the scene in the garage when Cain picked her up and sat her on the bench. Toy boy stories are becoming too common in Soaps - Kush in Eastenders - Ali in Corrie.
I am still convinced this is about Nate seeking revenge on Cain for some reason.

I have so far not taken to Amy at all and doubt I ever will .. I used to like Kerry but they have turned her into a very unpleasant and nasty character ... the fire storyline and Amy wanting Kyle for herself after all these years does not wash with me... hopefully it ends soon and they both leave the village ...

Altho Bear is a slightly amusing comic character I don't think he adds much to the show and don't get me started on Brenda who has taken over from Betty, Edna and Pearl as village nosey Parker and gossip.
All in all I don't think the present storylines are amongst Emmerdales finest.

Not sure how a fuse box in cellar would lead to finding dry rot in the loft, just an excuse for more trouble at The Woolpack.
