Weathers picking up :) :D :)
there a real pain arent they
Sailed last night and am covered in bruises i think imight change sport take up something a little less painful.
I'm enjoying my last morning of peace, my little sister breaks up this afternoon. Got a little job going to clean the clubhouse for four weeks, tenner a week 40 quid, easy money.
havent written in here for ages! came home from uni about 5/6 weeks ago and havent done much seeing as i have no money and no one wants to employ me! could have been an extra in this film theyre shooting near me but the last day of filming is the day i go on hols so i couldnt do that either :( yesterday there was this police helicopter circling over my street which was quite scary seeing as i live right by a high security prison! im hoping that it was there for another reason and not cos one of the inmates had escaped lol!
lol, we could see one in town the otehr week, reckon it must have been for Kerry Katona after her house was burgled and she was held hostage as it was about 2 in the morning and were on route from a night out, may have been something else still pretty scary.
I'm trying to sort out trains to Pwhelli, the only one so far goes through Wolverhampton which is miles out of my way.
Do fish have tongues? Mum has fed the fish and one of them is mooching around the bottom of the tank with its mouth open and it looks like it has a tongue.
Went to the opticians for a sight test and contact lense check this morning and got a free optomap thing that scans the cornea or something. It was a bit freeky seeing the back on my eye on a computer. Then I went shopping and bought two necklaces.
Am now a fan of the bad weather, as it caused them to cancel sports day. My dog's out after his operation, so that's good. Managed to have the second shouting match in 2 days. A girl in my Maths class annoyed me when she got a foundation book of the shelf and said I'd forgotten my book! Spent break and lunch trying to finish my English, but I still haven't.
School finished today. The teachers were searching people's bags on the way into school from dinner and confiscating shaving foam. One of the assistant heads got egged. Four people were arrested at dinner for criminal damage and assault. The cops were called at the end of school just in case people started foam fights, 7 cops turned up with two cars and a riot van! Shortly after I got in I heard cop car sirens so some more people must have been arrested. Somebody also got a finger chopped off as well.
So, all in all it was a good afternoon. Didn't do anything during business because our teacher is one of the assistant heads so he had to go walk round the school making sure everything was ok.
:rotfl: I love how you say "All in all it was a good afternoon". No offence, but glad I didn't go to your school  Sounds well rough!!!
Its not rough, its a very good school actually. The teachers just don't like us to have a bit of fun on the last day. All the stuck up neighbours phone the police when somebody squirts shaving foam all over their cars so the school just call the police as a precaution. The teachers have wised up this year, they went searching in the bushes for shaving foam and came out with half of Tesco.
What about the chopped off finger... what happened there o_O
I dunno actually. I went up to the commono room and somebody said "Ms Coulter has taken some kid to hospital cos he's cut his finger off." Then I asked how he did it and we all had a little joke that it was one of the design teachers that chopped it off, he lost a finger in an accident ages ago, and he wanted a replacement. Really bad joke and shouldn't laugh really but...
:rotfl: I can see how that would be funny.
some schools sound really bad, we were discussing this at uni this week. we went to a summer school at manchester uni, and it was absolutely amazing, i really loved it and i still wish i was there, lol! why must all good things come to an end?!
I've been looking after my little sister today so that was good fun. We played a Scooby Doo version of Snakes and Ladders and that was really great lol! :D And yesterday, she demanded £5 off me!
Why, Dave? Demand £10 off of her :p
My school would probably do that, as well. There's a public road going right through the school, and some people's houses look out straight onto it. I don't know of any pranks that have been done, apart from kids sending teachers up the wall by walking on the roof.
My friend is in Year 9 at a different school and she's planning to put superglue over everything, including the phone and chairs. I wouldn't want the bill for that!
My school was boring. No pranks were played really :(. It was the last day today, and I dunno if it was because of that but, I went up to the school day and I had forgotten how immature school students are lol.
Did you get those photos that you needed signed done then, Lea? I'm guessing that people grow up once they get the choice of what to do with life. Sixth form are definitely more mature.
Im back!!!!!! lol but I dont think you lot knew I was away cos might of forgotten to say, well I was in germany and now im back, im sooo tired and still recovering and need to sort through everything, But I had such a good time and the weather was great!!!!
Welcome Back Abbie
I lved our last days, we had foam an eggs and stuff no matter how hard they tried they couldnt stop us. We cause 4 grands worth of damage the day my year left school for good and that was just the buses.
Little sisters hey Dave how old is she?
She is 6, Katy. And Kim, she was going out with my dad and my nan so that's why she wanted a fiver lol.
Wow Katy, your year caused a bit of damage lol. I remember my brother's year, they actually caused so much trouble that the teachers evacuated them out of the school and forced them to stay on the field where they started having water fights anyway.
Lol PB. Glad to hear you had a good time, Abbie.
Finally got Harry Potter, and I'm on about page 114. I've never read so much in a day before...
Sick of my stupid mates. I can't figure out why I always get liars and users. One's been annoying since March, spreading stuff and talking behind my back, and she finds the fact that some of my 'friends' in school ditch me hilarious.
Meh, what a day.. boring day.. worked 12 hours today, and grrr was meant to leave about 10ish, but thanks to Girls Aloud performing late, didn't get home til half 11. Went to the pub after though, only had 2 drinks. But I'm knackered now, just eating then off to bed. Work tomorrow too :(.
went out last night feel like a bomb is exploding in my head. I can't hack large amounts of alcohol i even drank water as well in between drinks last night and i still have hangover.
Bought the Royle family on DVD yesterday so i think i might watch that in a bit.
classic show! I brought it a few months ago and keep watching them, I never get tired of it. It's great to have in the background, it's the one show I can have on and do other stuff, as it's just like being in your living room listening to your family going on whilst you read a book or surf the net. Love the show so much. Love the nan so much "Can she have wafer thin ham barbara?" and when they phone her up to tell her about Denise being pregnant "She says to phone her back after Corrie" :D
I'm Back:p Got back last night but couldn't really be bothered typing in here:p Disney land paris was amazing!! Is usually is anyway. Had a really good time. Hotel had nice cakes which i ate for breakfast. Went on all the decent rides including Aerosmith and Space Moutain:Mission 2:D Only part i hated was the car journey on the way back home. the stupid power pack wouldn't work! but hey at least i got the new harry potter book!
Today ive been doing nothing while my mum has been washing clothes. But she put my White Trouser; Dress and Brother's/Dad's White T-shirt. Plus a couple of my pink tops and the colour went onto them! luckily it's off the top and dress but not off my trousers:(
Why do friends say they'll do something and then not bother? Got Now 67 today though.
had to go and visit my nan on saturday which was annoying, she just goes on at us the whole time! not done much else, read the harry potter book :)
Friend rang back, so I'm off to her house after school tomorrow. Went to Thorpe Park today, and the man at the gate wouldn't open the gate for me when he saw that my ticket wasn't working, so he sent me to the end of a massive queue where this woman checks the dates on the ticket instead before letting you through. It made me lose my whole year, and I ended up going around with a teacher.
didnt do much yesterday. today im going out, nowhere that exciting, probably just into town but i need to go somewhere lol!
Its brilliant isnt it. I watched the one with the roast dinner last night when Twiggy comes round and my all time favourite "you had your tea Dave, yeah, What ya have, Darylea on Toast!!!" Its great. Its a bit to close for comfort though as its what it feels like when i go visit my family. My uncle Norman is Jim Royle.
my mum took me out for lunch today to this mexican place and i had mini donuts which were yummy! :D
I haven't done much today. Had a lie in until 11, then got up, and this afternoon, i started putting together a portfolio of all the journalism stuff i've done by cutting out my newspaper articles that have been in my local newspapers.
Hopefully tomorrow, another one of my articles will be in the local paper too!
Get you, Dave, with your newspaper cuttings!!!
Just remember us peeps on here (and in particular remember the one who wrote TAbbie and Mave a true(ish) story for you) when you are some 'hot shot' news editor/script writer (if you ever work for EE, Im expecting a tour of the square! :p ).
BTW my day has been very tiring, sorting out new classroom etc....totally cream crackered, think going to the gym afterwards was a big mistake....
Eventful day - had to rush to the docs as they thought I may have the start of pre-eclampsia but fortunately my blood pressure is fine, no signs of any protein or anything - I'm just apparently doing too much - try telling that to the hubby.
So went to Asda tonight and spent £150 on food etc instead
How calming for me....not...!
My Partner got two weeks off work so we took our daughter to Twinlakes at Melton Mowbray today we had a good day out... there is lots to do from walking round the animals to playing outside and there is indoor play areas too....
Urgh, looks like I'm in for a long night. It sounds like the neighbour is having a party in the street rather than in his house! I think the parents are still away, leaving a bunch of 15 and 16 year olds to make as much noise as they like!
Well my day was going well yesterday until I got robbed on the way home from work at 6pm, board daylight on a busy road. nothing much was taken, just my MP3 player so it could have been worse.. I get home to find my son is back biting kids in the creche again. So yeah!! what a great day!!
