Martha didn't know that he was married and she wasn't with Jack at the time so I'd hardly call it cheating.
I think Martha is afraid to get into a real meaningful relationship anymore since Jack and Hugo have both died on her i think maybe she just wants some fun no attachments
I must admit i prefer Martha and Liam than her and Hugo
