Glad to hear you are ok and have lost this week,but be careful losing 8lb in a week is to much,unless its just water,try to lose about 3lbs a week and it usually stays off, well done.

Yeh i know, i was losing about 2-3 lbs per week before, think the 8 lbs was just because id not been eating healthy for the last couple of weeks so this week was like a weigh****cher starter week, you know how you always lose a lot in your 1st week.
well done emma. i hated posting my weight and it is a hell of a lot more than that! it really good idea this, i post how much i lose or dont lose every tuesday, it keeps me going knowing that all these lovely people support me!!! :)Quote:

So how is every one doing, I get weighed tommorow fingers crossed,its getting harder now the bulk of the weight has gone.
