Kate Moss is engaged to marry Jamie Hince after the guitarist proposed on her 36th birthday, a report has claimed.
The 40-year-old Kills musician popped the question last week after flying out to meet Moss in Mustique, where she had been working, according to the Daily Mail.
A source commented: "Kate was stunned, Jamie called her up and told her not to come home. He said he was flying out to Mustique. He had carefully picked a ring and chose her birthday to propose.
"It was the first time they had been alone together in quite a while and it was extremely emotional. Kate and Jamie are in a very good place, they already live together and this is the next step to settling down for good."
It is thought that Hince had chosen a diamond engagement ring with the help of Moss's friend Sir Philip Green, owner of Topshop.
The couple started dating in the summer of 2007 after Moss split from Babyshambles star Pete Doherty.

David Walliams has announced that he is to marry Dutch model Lara Stone.
The Little Britain star is believed to have proposed to his lover with a vintage engagement ring in Los Angeles.
Confirming the news, Walliams told The Sun: "It's true, we're engaged and blissfully happy. I wasn't planning to make a public announcement because I'm not a royal - yet."
Meanwhile, a source close to the comedian said: "David is head-over-heels in love with Lara and is over the moon that she said 'Yes'. She's his dream woman."
It is thought that Walliams, 38, phoned Stone's parents in Holland to obtain their blessing before asking for the 25-year-old's hand in marriage.
The couple started dating in May last year, but managed to keep their romance under wraps until November.
