I find it difficult to take the relationship between Alina and Tyrone seriously, it just seems too contrived. When Alina kissed Tyrone he was surprised and maybe even shocked, and it should have ended there, but Fiz kept going on about it and drove him towards her. I do not think Alina would have been attracted to him, thankful for his help with the business, yes, but attracted , no.
I do not know if I am imagining it but it seems that Soaps are concentrating more on relationships and relationship problems, than they used to. Corrie perhaps less so than Emmerdale. It helps them fill the six weekly episodes without having to come up wih other material. Myself I wish they could go back to three episodes a week with better quality.
I think you've hit the nail on the head there. Fewer episodes with better quality.
Plus some more humour too, it's so scarce these days. Yasmeen suggesting Jeremy Paxman as the new James Bond was the sort of stuff I love.
They say nostalgia isn't what it used to be.
When Sharon phones Harvey how does she know that a prison guard is not standing nearby and will hear the phone.
Where is the light into the back of the van come from as it does not have windows :hmm:
tyrone will wear himself out between jobs kids and alina
nick could at least have tried to hide going back to the street for sam
yas is still controlled only now by elaine and cathy
Some very silly scenes and the winner of the silliest scene was Steve MacDonald's gurning
Was Alina always so materialistic, wanting a coffee machine and coffee cups not to mention a mortgage for a flat. If she wanted a sugar daddy she could have picked better than Tyrone
Fizz would be fool having Tyrone back after him dipping his wick elsewhere.
Does anyone else find Sharons voice very annoying, that silly laugh at the end of sentences and just her general manner.
Did Harvey phone Leanne or did Leanne phone Harvey? If Harvey made the call it seems a bit of a coincidence that he did so, just after she spoke to Imran. If she phoned him, I must have missed the bit where she got his number. I am not sure that when you are on remand you would be kept in your cell all day, with the door closed. If this is Harvey's choice I am not sure he would be allowed to.
I seemed to have missed the scene where Sam got out of the van, who found him and took him to hospital?
Not to mention whenever you see Harvey talking he's jumping about like a Thunderbirds puppet with a cattle prod shoved up its ass.
The van suddenly moved, Sam was knocking on the side to get driver's attention. Next minute the police is at Gail's house to tell them that he is in hospital.. I presume Sam was dropped off there and he informed the medical staff ... very weird scenario... unless I have missed something else...
shona seems to be good now, all better
Evelyn slipping on the salad dressing??? The pace she was walking??? And seems that most of the cast has been to the hairdresser :D
