the beeb shot themselves in the foot with having Chrissie involved in Dens demise - they should have realised she would become a popular actress - Now thay have no realistic way of keeping her on - Its as bad as writing off Den all those years ago only to have him return with a preposterous storyline. Same with Phil Mitchell thay thought he would not be back so they wrote him off with a story line that would have kept him out for 7 - 10 years - instead they will make fools out of themselves to bring him back
I agree, they kind of wasted an oppurtunity.
I agree it's a wasted opportunity for Chrissie at least. It was an amazing storyline but it seriously decreased what they could do with her.

There is always the self defense angle and Chrissie does have a dodgy Lawyer Amanda. Phil Mitchell always had Marcus and he managed to wrangle things in Phil's favour so I can't see why the same couldn't be done in Chrissie's case...

i liked chrissie! and her and Jake were getting on so well! They are really good together!

I love Chrissie and I'm sad she's leaving but in a way it was bound to happen but as my fave female I will miss her and her ways and of course her sort of on-off relationship with Jake
Tracy-Ann has been fantastic and consisient over the last eighteen months and I can't wait for the next few months it's gonna be brillaint

i am a hugeeee jakissie fan,and would have liked to see them happy together when jake returned and that.
the storyline when she is leaving will be absolutely great though!!!!!

What was the source that said Den's body was dug up? I heard that Chrissie gets the barrel store cemented again. Does someone actually dig up Den's body or is it found when the floor of the barrel store is dug up to be cemented again?
I heard in Inside Soap the body was going to be found in November, but everywhere else I'm hearing September, does anyone know which one is right? I think it's been confirmed Chrissie and Sam are leaving in November but I'm sure the wedding is in Sept. I can't believe it would take Chrissie that long to leave after them finding Den in September, who wouldn't try to make a quick exit?! And I think Chrissie framing Sam and her running away leaving her to face the music may be true, but I'm sure the truth would come out in the end. The Mitchells wouldn't let Sam go down for murder, they already did a similar storyline when Den framed Phil for armed robbery. I don't think they would let the Mitchells be crossed again, so I'm hoping the tables are turned on Chrissie, and she goes to prison and Sam gets to walk away. You know how much 'family' means to the Mitchells.
I really want Chrissie to get her commupence, I've never taken to her character and she has murdered somebody Sharon loves a great deal. I would want her to sign the Vic over to Sharon and Dennis, or at least Den should sign it over to them in his will, with Chrissie having no hope of getting it back, because Den would leave her broke. Of course that's similar to the 'Andy will' situation but it still could be good.
I don't think Den would have left anything to Chrissie. Everyone knew that the first thing in his life was Sharon, I think he would have even picked Dennis and Vicki over Chrissie. He seemed to love her but he didn't really have any emotional attachments to anyone. I'm hoping he felt an obligation to his children, in the end. He treated Dennis badly but he owed him something defintely! I hope he makes up for it in his will. Your father dies console yourself with his cash! lol. That only applies to the Watts children obviously, I think they should enjoy themselves.
