I could do without the teen drama as in Rebecca and Shakil, who will probably end up sleeping with Louise
mark fearing he will end up bald :p
I had to smile at the thought of Mark Jnr going bald, with his John Travolta quiff. But then again if Grant is his Daddy, who knows ...... Ian's face was a picture. :D
I can't believe I am saying this but the scenes with Martin and Shakhil were almost watchable.
And Kush, the penny drops .........
mark is what 19 / 20 and he hangs around with a 16 year old
so denise the daddy is phil, will she tell kush
I had a feeling we were gonna have a storyline where Mark and Courtney might end up a couple or have a one-night stand or something. They had a similar storyline in Doctors once. I couldn't believe that was Sharon and Ian's big plan; getting Mark a ticket and telling him to go home. Did they seriously think that would work??? Did it not occur to them that he might actually say no? I hope this is one storyline they're not gonna drag out.
Denise will apparently tell Kush the truth next week, which isn't a surprise, as she can't keep it a secret considering how far along she is. I bet she's dreading telling everyone who the real daddy is though.
does phil even remember his encounter with denise:p
I'm pretty sure, he doesn't. He was very drunk
I quite enjoyed the episode, it was entertaining if nothing else. I think Aunt Sal could have beaten those "thugs" up with her zimmer, with one hand tied behind her back. :D
Good scenes with Denise. What is the Dot storyline? where is that heading? Is it me or is there some kind of sexual chemistry between Jay and Ben?
Just huge frustration again that calling the police doesn't happen. Instead we've waited hours it seems for grant to turn up...
I enjoyed seeing action man Grant back again :cheer: I just wish Phil showed some care for Jay too
how did jay get out, ben didn't even help him, ronnie on about fammmmilllly *yawn
Poor Jay, just left there :(
I am glad Grant knows the truth but felt the episode wasn't that great
Grant was with Denise's daughter Chelesa and now Denise is pregnant by Phil :p so many connections
Does anybody else think Jay may grass up the Mitchells?
Just caught up on the weeks episodes. Great performances from Les and Pam, the scene where Pam kissed Paul was very moving.
Jane has got a nerve, imo smug and selfish. I think the whole nation rose and cheered when Grant smacked Ian. Loved his glasses falling off his face, that punch looked real and not staged.
It was lovely to see Colin again and reminisce about early EastEnders. I thought it was quite clever how they had Colin talking to Johnny in the Vic. I am glad Dot went to the wedding.
Bye bye Jay? I doubt it.
I must admit I am not a huge fan of Grant, but this visit has been better than I thought and some nice scenes with Phil and also Courtney and Mark Junior. I wonder if Mark will make a reappearance. I hope so. I did enjoy Thursday's episode. I don't blame the Beeb getting their money's worth out of Ned Porteous, it would be rude not to.:p:love:
All in all a good week of episodes.
I think it will be a shocking shame if Mark junior doesn't come back. If that's it then what a waste of a storyline.
Can't recall so many leaving in one soap episode. Good to see Colin return ( 27 years since he left) , although was hoping Dot's mystery contact was Arthur.
i forgot sharon aborted grant's child
why does everyone think grant is a bad parent, he raised courtney singlely
i wanted grant to stay longer

Colin left 27 years ago?????? yikes .. I remembered in the end his name before he was called Col in the script....he had a young boy friend who they did mention him but Ive forgotten his name again.
Alas all his appearances on EE do for me as Grant is realise whu his SAS show crashed and burned, but the fella has true grit, his docs in the face of conflict where humble and brave.. hes a better man than me Gunga Din.

Have you noticed how much scaffolding is around the square. Now Phil's house has it. Is the square becoming a health and safety hazard? or is it to do with the new build of the set?
Ben giving his liver to Phil. How do you manage without a liver?
Ah I see. They take part of the donors liver and it grows back.
