Jack, it seems, is nothing but a common thug.
I can't imagine what this news will due to Jade's mental health. As its been said already her husband appears to be no more than a thug. How he thought he could have some custody/visitation rights of Jade's children is beyond me, he just isn't mature enough.
So sorry Jade, keep on fighting, we are all thinking of you.
Katie Price has revealed that she wants to say goodbye to Jade Goody in private when she returns to England from Los Angeles.
She told The Sun that Goody's situation was "tragic" and said it was the first time such a high profile young person had been struck by terminal cancer.
Price said: "When I come back the first thing I’m going to do is go to Jade's and say my goodbyes.
"I've had to do it before with someone else and I know it's hard - but it's something I really want to do, in private, away from the cameras. That's if she's well enough to see me.
"I don't know what I’ll say yet but whatever it is will be between me and her. I do really want to do this one thing for her because it's just so awful."
Price added that Goody was a friend of hers and that she would drive to Essex herself to see her.
Price had previously criticised Goody for her decision to give interviews on the subject of her cancer.
I really hope he has no input in her sons lives once she is gone, he is nothing but a common thug - I suppose he will now bleat that he didnt get a fair trial - this story goes from bad to worse.
god knows why she married him but she's a gobby moo i cant stand her
I don't think Jeff the father to Jade's kids will let Jack Tweed within 20 miles of their sons when Jade does pass away. He should be doing everything to make Jade life more peaceful not adding more stress to it. I'm surprised Jade's mum Jackie has kept quiet as I don't think she likes Jack but she is showing compasion and supporting her Daughter with keeping a dignified silence.
What the kids need after their mum passes away is a stable environment for them to grow up in and Jack clearly cannot provide that.
He definitely won't when he's inside. On his second charge (that we know of) for assault, I doubt he'll be left off with a fine and suspended sentence, especially as he's on license.
It's probably going to be hard on Jade with Jack inside, but if he can't keep his hands to himself then it's his own fault.
Jade Goody gave the thumbs-up sign as she left the Chelsea and Westminster hospital yesterday following a successful operation to ease the pain of her cancer.
With her bald head covered in a scarf, and clutching breathing apparatus, Jade gave a brave half-smile as she was transported on a stretcher back to the Royal Marsden hospital nearby.
It came on the same day her husband Jack Tweed sobbed in the dock as he was convicted of assaulting taxi driver Stephen Wilkins after leaving a club in Epping last May.
While the news will come as a blow to Jade, she will at least be able to spend the coming weeks with Tweed as magistrates adjourned sentencing until March 26.
But there was still uncertainty over whether Tweed will be able to be with Jade in her final moments as he could face jail of up to six months when he is sentenced.
Tania Panagiotopoulou, for Tweed, told magistrates that Goody has cervical cancer and is expected to die in the next few weeks.
She had asked magistrates to adjourn sentencing for six months.
But the court's decision suggests that Tweed may be sentenced while Jade is still alive.
Jade's publicist Max Clifford said last night that her 90-minute operation 'went well' and that she would return home as soon she felt well enough.
Clifford said: 'Everything depends on how she is feeling when she comes round from the operation.
'But the doctors at the Chelsea and Westminster hospital said the operation went well.'
Doctors discovered how far the disease has penetrated the reality star's body as she underwent the operation last night to help relieve 'terrible pain' in her stomach and remove a blockage in her bowel.
Clifford earlier told Mail Online that Jade's prognosis was now two to four weeks.
She is desperate to be well enough to be christened at a church close to her home with her boys, Bobby, five, and Freddie, four.
But Clifford cautioned: 'Everything depends on how she feels'.
Jade's close friend Kevin Adams, who was at her bedside after the surgery, said she began shuddering uncontrollably and her lips turned blue as she came round.
'At about 3.30 or 4am she had a reaction and was just shuddering. She was so cold. The nurse got the doctor by which time Jade's lips had started to go blue,' he told The Sun.
He added that the doctor had said the reaction could have been due to a four-pint blood transfusions Jade had during the operation or an infection, which will 'clear itself up'.
But he said: 'She is in less pain now. On a scale of one to ten she was in a sharp pain of ten, but she is now around a six.'
Yesterday Epping Magistrates' Court was told Tweed grabbed taxi driver Mr Wilkins by the throat and threatened to stab him as he drove the cab at 50mph following an argument about the fare.
Tweed, who has denied the offence, said he was too drunk to recall the night. He said: 'I've just seen the man here for the first time. He's an elderly man. I just would not do that.'
When pressed on details of the night, he said: 'My wife is undergoing an operation as we speak. I can't remember a thing. A lot has happened in my life and what is going on now.'
He added: 'I was drinking all day. If I did do that, all I can do is apologise.
It is the second time in six months that Tweed has been convicted of assault.
Last September, he was given an 18-month prison term after being found guilty of attacking a 16-year-old boy with a golf club in Ongar, Essex.
Tweed was released from prison on licence in January and was ordered to wear a monitoring tag and obey a curfew.
Meanwhile, Clifford could not confirm reports that Jade's cancer, which began in her cervix and spread to her liver and bowel, had now spread to her brain.
It came after a source revealed: 'Jade was told while in a hospice at the weekend that the cancer was travelling freely in her blood and has spread to her brain.'
'This is, of course, awful but not unexpected. She has already been told the disease is terminal.
'This hasn't shortened her life expectancy, which remains at weeks. But of course it is another extremely painful reminder of what lies ahead.
'Jade still wants to go home, but won't until she can be given the correct medication to make her condition bearable.
'She doesn't want to see her kids upset,' the source told The Sun.
When cancer reaches the brain, symptoms can include frequent fits, excruciating headaches, vomiting and nausea.
The 27-year-old was transferred from London's Royal Marsden to the nearby Chelsea and Westminster Hospital at around 11am yesterday.
While the reality star is desperate to leave hospital to return to her Essex home, it is likely she will remain in hospital for a few days to recover from the operation.
Clifford added that Jade is coping 'remarkably well' despite knowing that she is dying. 'In terms of her spirit, she has been very brave and positive.'
Jade wrote in her column for New! magazine that she has told Jack he can live in her house.
But she said he told her: '"I can't stay here. I'll be looking for you in every corner".'
Jade wrote: 'I'm not scared of dying. I just don't want to leave my loved ones behind.
'I haven't started reading the book Badger's Parting Gifts to the boys yet. The hospital will tell me when.
'Until then, all I can do is make sure everyone is well looked after so they don't have to worry.
'I've paid the boys school fees' right up until they are 16, which makes me feel really good.
'I never had an education, so I feel it's the greatest gift I can give my children.'
Her will could be further topped up if she manages to conduct an interview for television in the U.S., where interest in her awful situation has snowballed.
Both Oprah Winfrey and Larry King are said to be interested in speaking to her before she dies.
i thought she would of been dead by the weekend with it spreading
