Sooner or later Aaron or Robert will learn of Joe's involvement ,probably from Graham who seems to draw a line when Joe's actions affect youngsters. Looked long term this time. I think it's pity that over the past 2/3 yrs the character of Lisa has been steadily weakened . In her heyday had this business with reporting Liv raised any problems with any of the Dingle clan ,she'd have plastered the walls with 'em, particularly Zac and Chas. As far as I recall not one of Dingles has acknowledged Lisa nearly died , and both Liv and Gabby said nothing at a critical time to assist the medics identify the drugs Lisa had taken.Quote:

Police in Emmerdale are very forgiving of time wasters, first the Robert and Joe affair with the haulage company then Laurel with the credit card fraud. We all know the local police are stupid but it was obvious Laurel was lying, especially as they had seen her credit card history and would know she had not previously ordered something that was delivered to the cafe. They just accepted her excuse without any sign of doubt.
I think Laurel has just left Brenda off as she feels guilty for cheating with Bob, Laurel told the police she purchased the items and forgotQuote:
