'Here In My Heart' singer Al Martino has passed away in Philadelphia, aged 82.

The American, who was born Alfred Cini, famously scored the first UK No.1 when the charts were introduced by the New Musical Express in 1952.

'Here In My Heart' spent nine weeks at number one, a record which has only been beaten four times since. Despite falling out of commercial favour during the rise of rock 'n' roll, he continued to score Billboard chart success in the '60s and his most recent album Style was released in 2000.

Martino's other hits included 'Spanish Eyes', 'Volare' and 'Can't Help Falling In Love'.

He also recorded the title track for the 1972 movie The Godfather, in which he played Johnny Fontane. He appeared in the first two films in the trilogy, as the godson of Marlon Brando's character Don Vito Corleone.

TV personality Jerry Blavat met Martino earlier this week and admitted that he was shocked to hear of the singer's death.

"He was the last of the show business legends," he told the Philadelphia Daily News. "There's nobody else. The last of the performers. A magnificent voice."

Martino's publicist Sandy Friedman confirmed that the singer died at his family home in Springfield, Delaware County.

Megan Fox has taken over from Victoria Beckham as the new Emporio Armani Underwear model.

The Transformers star, who has stripped off for numerous steamy photo shoots before, will feature in the black and white adverts out in January.

The 23-year-old is the new female face - and body - of the campaign, while footballer Cristiano Ronaldo will model the men's range, although the two will not pose together as Victoria and David Beckham did, WWD Media reports.

Megan was photographed by Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott in Los Angeles over the weekend. The adverts will appear in print as well as on billboards, but it has not been decided whether Megan will participate at in-store events tied in with the campaign launch.

Megan can next be seen in Diablo Cody's new film Jennifer's Body.

Andrew Lloyd Webber has been diagnosed with prostate cancer.

The composer's spokesman released a statement that said that the disease had been caught in its early stages.

"Andrew is now undergoing treatment and expects to be fully back at work before the end of the year," it explained.

The 61-year-old is due to launch a new BBC show next year to find upcoming stars to play Dorothy and Toto in a production of The Wizard of Oz.

Tennis player Mark Philippoussis has scored love with actress Jennifer Esposito: The couple are planning to marry, PEOPLE has learned.

"They are happily engaged and enjoying their time together," his rep says.

Esposito, 36, a New York native, and the Australian tennis star, 32, were engaged this summer.

Philippoussis previously starred on the NBC reality dating show The Age of Love, in which he was asked to choose between women in their 20s and women in their 40s competing for his attention – the "kittens" vs. the "cougars." He ended up picking "kitten" Amanda Salinas. At the time, he described himself as "a simple guy who wants a simple girl."

Esposito, who has appeared on Samantha Who?, Rescue Me and in the movie Crash, was previously married to actor Bradley Cooper. A rep for the actress had no comment on her engagement.

Tennis star Andre Agassi serves up a bombshell in his new memoir: In the late '90s he began regularly using crystal meth. "I can't speak to addiction, but a lot of people would say that if you're using anything as an escape, you have a problem," he tells PEOPLE.

Agassi's book, Open, details his descent into drug use, as well as his hair loss, his troubled marriage to Brooke Shields and the love he eventually found with his current wife, Steffi Graf.

Asked how he thought his fans would react if they found out he was using drugs, Agassi, 39, says: "I was worried for a moment, but not for long. ... I wore my heart on my sleeve and my emotions were always written on my face. I was actually excited about telling the world the whole story."

What an idiot. Crystal Meth is something nobody should touch, it's highly dangerous and destructive. Getting excited about telling people he was a meth addict is nothing to shout about.
