I like Ed, Aggie, Michael and James but cannot take to Grace or Ronnie ... will his wife come back again? Otherwise bit pointless of having her come in for couple of scenes only...

Thing with soapland .. scriptwriters never seem to have a fixed idea about a family from the start .. must have thought of introducing Ronnie in order to stir up trouble between Ed and Aggie and rest of family .. does Grace have any family like parents or siblings? I suppose with travel restrictions still in place, Diana "Dee-Dee" Bailey will staill not be able to be introduced but once they mention her name a few times it will not be long before we see her :D
Is that sketch a few weeks back where Tyrone let Gary's furniture get robbed over and done with?
Did it have a point?
Is the story of the exceedingly good cake snatcher who broke into Billy's flat finished, or is it to be dragged up again when we have forgotten about it.
They are starting more stupid stories while there are so many unfinished storylines it is getting hard to remember what is what.
so aggie loved married ronnie
I was thinking that the other day too ... never saw Gary's reaction to what Fiz told him about stupid Tyrone letting half the stuff go and why was the bloke there to do it in the first place? Did he know Gary had this business?? Has Will left the Cobbles now??? :hmm:
whose will again?
If you are going to steal a uniform. Leanne, at least take one that is your size.
If Abbie REALLY loved Kevin, she'd get his awful pink bomber jacket while he was asleep and BURN it!
I actually like Kevin's jacket, it looks really warm and comfortable. I had not really noticed it before. When you said pink, I was thinking shocking pink or baby pink, I would call it sort of faded plum. Anyway I would happily wear it, which must mean both Kevin and I have the same great fashion sense.
When the landlady told them they were barred, they should have commented that they hadn't see Johnny for some time.
Leanne goes to the Police and thinks everything will be fine. It might be eventually but it will not be easy.
Todd comes into the cafe wearing a mask that he takes off when he approaches the counter. Bernie not wearing one, puts her's on when she serves him. Paul sitting at a table not wearing a mask. Where is the logic in this?
The way Fiz talks to Tyronne, I am not surprized he is a bit overwhelmed by Alina's attention.
Is there a word or phrase that covers the idea of beyond boredom? If there is, I have reached it with this Billy/Todd/Paul story. Can Corrie please put us all out of our misery and send the three of them off to explore the jungles of Brazil or somewhere for the next five years?
Todd will soon have a new victim lined up.
I also noticed that Kirk and Chesney both are back to being the super judgemental types with the Alina/Tyrone situation in the same way that it happened with Daniel and...god, can't remember the escorts name.
Lots of references to Queer as Folk in Corrie. Cleverly done.
Absence I believe makes the heart grow fonder, so I am dumping Corra for the foreseeable, there is only so much in what Todd, Billy, Paul can interest me in, and take the Baileys with them.
What has happened to Corra, it used to be humorous and covered many aspects of life, we are now being slowly dragged down.
ENOUGH FOR ME,
I am a bit disappointed with Alina and Tyrone's story, i why not a secret for weeks with no one knowing and how they had to contrive to meet up,
you know all the elements of an affair, it could have been so much more, a Kiss?
The writers missed a trick there, it could have been built up and viewers screaming at the screen instead of switching off the screen.
Leanne wants Nick to stop going to his own flat while she supposedly has another bloke.... how does that work.
Irene told Todd he can have his room back as Sean is leaving, has her house got smaller or does someone else live there too?
I keep forgetting who lives where and is still in the show now as people go missing for a few weeks.
Was just about to ask the same question myself. Has Nick forgot he actually owns the flat? - about time he asked Leanne to move out.
Is that sink hole still in David's garden? - If so I would he quite happy to see Michael fall in to it, he is behaving like a selfish, ungrateful, idiot, even if Ronnie is his birth father, Eddie brought him up.
Having just endured what must be the two worst Corrie episodes ever broadcast, is there really some light at the end of the tunnel? Is this interminable borefest with Billy/Todd/Paul really coming to an end or is it just some sort of perverse trick being enacted on an unsuspecting audience and April 1st will see them all say, "April Fool" and the story continues on for the rest of the year......?
It's time for Nick to tell Leanne to leave, it's his damned flat and her attitude really sucks. Turfing him out is not on.
I don't understand why Summer is advising Billy about his love life when she is only a teenager and he's meant to be her guardian. Does anyone else feel uncomfortable about that? After all she's been through in her life so far she needs time to enjoy herself and just be a teenager.
