This is what I want too! I think it's possible for Ross to have a mentor out there who built him the way he is and taught him all the tricks and introduced him to his contacts.

Yep I remember Donna reading out all the crimes Ross had gotten away with, he couldnt of just left home and pulled all of them off on his own. We did see Ross' old boss one time when Cain and Marlon went looking for Laurel. I know he was just a mechanic but so is Cain and he has been horrible in the past. Maybe they will cast someone from Ross' past to join the show in order to show why he is the way he is today.

Great news about the new deal :)
I really want to know more about why he is the way he is. We have seen snippets but then it's just left again. Like how James wasn't there for Ross as much as Pete. And the reveal about his mum trying to kill him as a baby was pretty much over in a flash too. Need to go deeper with that. Also He must have loads of people looking out for him from his past that we don't see on screen as he has got away with a lot and I would imagine that would be difficult without having alibis etc. Having someone from his past coming up and revealing something that maybe his family don't even know could be interesting
I've always wanted them to do a storyline when it turns out that James isn't actually Ross' dad. My theory is that Emma never had PTSD and what she done to Ross was because of her guilt of cheating on James. That would also explain why Ross is so different to James and his brothers. It would also be so much better than the James is Adams dad storyline.

A lot of new spoilers about Emma / Charity over Moses and i'm not completly sure whether Ross is sucsseful in getting the go ahead with claiming his son but this one from DS gives me a bit of hope.
Meanwhile, Rakesh gives Ross some forms to sign to get him on Moses's birth certificate.
Airs 04 February.

Emma's getting way too pushy over Moses. Ross can make decisions himself.
