I maybe wrong but the ds spoilers seem much shorter now cos I'm sure they used to be a lot more detailed

I've seen this discussed elsewhere and I think that there might be a connection. I certainly hope there is. :)
Whilst on the subject of this new Tom character, I will add that I have not so far been too impressed with his character. I just don't buy into his storyline with Debbie.
I agree, nothing gels with this storyline. But Emmerdale is getting a liitle like an American Soap Opera right now.
Moving onto Robron as there are rumours arife about the Christmas day episode, after Father Christmas has been down the chimney hopefully we will end the special day like this

this Tom Waterhouse is NOT Carl King's son it doesn't add up information wise as Tom told Debbie Dingle in the car on the way to their burger van date back on 18th September that he was way too young when his parents died ...
Thomas King{son of Carl King & Colleen King} character birth date was Friday 6th September 1996, his 1st appearance on the show was Thursday 1st April 2004 with his last appearance on the show was back on Monday 8th April 2013 aged 16 when he was taken off screen {and if he was still on the show now then he would be aged 21} - RULED OUT
Joseph Tate {son of Chris Tate & Rachel Hughes as well as half brother to Noah Dingle & Debbie Dingle} character birth date was Thursday 8th June 1995, his 1st appearance on the show was Monday 13th June 1995 and his last appearance on the show was back on Thursday 22nd September 2005 aged 10 when he was taken off screen {and if he was still on the show now then he would be aged 22} - I would say this is the connection to Debbie Dingle and the Dingle family that Iain MacLeod was talking about ages ago in the Emmerdale secrets video.
Evening fellow Robroners so who`s looking forward for tonights ? ep and this week cant understand Finn going? or mybe Joe Gill wanted to leave yeah? and moria having a baby thats a twist? or what but we had a the best new last week that our very own will be back togther over xmas with the own ep thats got to be eletric and romantic:heart: and one thing at least Rob can give his husband a lovely Xmas present and a birthday card one to:heart::cheer:
hiya and im going to WATCH last years Robron ep which our Maxine wrote in the 2016 SSW
It should be good as there's going to be plenty happening. For all I took a dislike to Finn over the Kasim business he has kind of grown on me again and it is a shame to see him leave , there's a few others I would like to have seen go before him.
It's strange how now we all feel more positive about getting through whatever the next couple of months throws at our boys as we know they are on their way back together soon.:love::heart:
evening all :cheer:
gonna watch tonite live as I think this week will be good even without the guyz :)
agree about feeling positive for Christmas and next summer's wedding but its possible mista iain has told us now cos there's some bad stuff coming first but we'll get through it now
I don't watch live but am really looking forward to this week as we have some exceptional actors, even without the chaps it will be gripping viewing I am sure.
The other place are banging on about all sorts of rubbish, I don't know why they moan about spoilers and pictures being released, I love seeing whats coming and its always much better on screen.
Well, tonight was excellent and all because of superb acting from Gillian and Natalie as Emma and Moira, But, I found the storyline rather weak, especially Moira's pregnancy surprise. :rotfl: I mean a woman of her age that has had 3 children would know if she was pregnant.
Not sure what is going on with Finn.
agree I enjoyed most of last nite and thought it was a lot better than some of the rubbish they've had recently and the fire effects were great :)
maybe ed were just padding recent eps out waiting for this week :(
as for the surprise pregnancy I thought it was odd that she didn't have had any idea but in another place a lot of ladies have said it can happen so being a mere lad I won't argue
Moira did know she was pregnant as the Doctor Liam Cavanagh called her and left her a message to contact the surgery about her mixed up blood tests on 29th September episode so she must have called him back off camera hence her telling Emma last night that she was having a baby
Afternoon Micheal last night eps was ok the date night was a bit slow and was it needed? and the best bit was the barn fight and the fire good effects and stunts ED really do these much better the corrie the siege a few years ago the best one i say was the Train crash with Jackson always my my vote the Road crash last year was good i think this week is going to great viewing of course would be better with our Robron in it but they were involved alot last year but i still we could get something when our maxines eps is aired or they could be in it in 2 weeks time when they come back be a little sad to see Finn if it is him who dies but mybe Joe Gill who plays Finn wanted to leave
Just a thought ... what would you, or most people, do if you were in a barn where a fire had just started and was spreading all around you? Well, according to last night's Emmerdale, the last thing to do is to run out. No, the best policy is to just stay there and continue arguing. :rotfl:
Well, one of them is a heavily pregnant woman who has been knocked about a couple of times and is probably scared, which means reaction time is not the same and Emma is not thinking straight for a couple of years now, so also not acting as you would expect in those circumstances :p
I suppose Moira was actually trying to get them out of there but Emma wasn't having any of it she was too intent on revenge that anything else was not going to interfere - even if it was life threatening. I can't actually see how they will get out of their alive as the fire had already completely surrounded them and there wouldn't be anything to stop the roof falling in on them when it reached there but then again this is Soapland so after the initial blaze started it will slow down so that any further action can continue. It was very realistic though the way they did the scenes and how the fire started.
Sorry that was a rather long winded answer to a very straightforward question.
Hi Matty, Didn't really see any use for the date night except to possibly be meant as a bit of light relief with the dark things that we're going on around about. It
Pressed this by mistake will correct it later got an unexpected phone call which threw me.
Back Again
Sorry about that. The barn scenes has been set up well. The crash was definetly one of the best ones - but that was probably because of our boys starting the week. It'll be interesting to see what our boys get up to in a couple of weeks.
Finn will be missed actually he redeemed himself a lot when he came back from Aus - it's never really been leaked wether he wanted to leave or it was just his character was just got rid of as he was no longer useful, but I think there is a lot more they could have done with him.
Looking forward to see what happens tonight. The storyline is definetly moving on.
Sorry for such a jumbled answer. There must be things happening around me that's interfering with my concentration - don't know what that could possibly be. :hmm:
Eventually caught up on last nights episode after having been out till late in the evening.
It was good. The storyline is really moving along. It's a bit hard to believe though that Emma would be able to sneak into the baby unit in a white uniform, speak to the child all that time and then carry it out of the ward and probably the hospital without seeing or being seen by a single person. I would have thought the baby unit would have had someone there at all times.
It was a bit contrived that when Finn stumbled onto the road in front of a car it just so happened that it was someone he knew. What really are the chances of that?
Looks like that is definetly the end for Finn now - it's a shame really as his character had improved since the Kasim business.
I know it was all to do with the plot but I have to say that Vic's obsession with babies and there Dad's bonding is really annoying. The woman is obsessed.
It's hard to believe that Adam has been arrested and his best mate Aaron is away and probably won't return. This doesn't look good for the future of the scrapyard business - no one there to do any work.
All in all I enjoyed the episode.
Hi don this weeks eps has been ok but dont forget Rob is there to look out for the scrapyard yeah so this shooting is like Roberts s/l when he got shot and of course Adam`s been arrested and of course if dies he be charged for Finn`s Murder ? mybe this is Adam`s s/l to leave but we got another 2 weeks before our Robron are back and im hoping we get some insight about ther reunion mybe we get that in Maxines eps this month shes has 2 eps this month and of course our Robron are having that eletric Reunion so there S/L must come to ahead and start them getting back
Afternoon fellow Robroners just of topic i see ITV3 are showing some 1980`s corrie i was thinking wouldnt it great if ITV3 would show some 1980`s or 1990`s of Emmerdale yeah or are they just showing them because of Liz Dawn passing?
Afternoon Matty - I've been watching those episodes - it's strange how it comes back to you. I was thinking the same that it would be good if they showed some old Emmerdale - maybe they'll start to do reruns of a few old series. It maybe is because of Liz but there have been even more iconic figures than her and they haven't done it, perhaps it's just a coincidence.
Of course Robert will be there to get things done. Maybe he'll be up there one day and PD wil come to see him and she'll accidentally fall into the crusher! Sorry that's cruel.:rotfl:
Hopefully there might be a few snippets let out about the reunion over the time they are off screen. It should be good.:love:
Only one episode tonight guys so there shouldn't be as much filler stuff as is usual on a Thursday.:cheer:
New spoilers for the week beginning 16/10/17.
16th October Vanessa is exposed. Leyla lashes out. Rebecca feels undermined.
17th October Jai plays peacemaker. Vanessa feels embarrassed. Robert is on edge.
18th October Jai is devastated. Chrissie and Rebecca are at odds. Daz is eager to impress.
19th October Lawrence arouses suspicion. Daz plays the hero. Jai is in denial. Lawrence is left reeling. Dan loses his temper. Jai opens up.
20th October Cain and Moira clash. Daz feels hopeful. Lachlan is left seething
Enjoy. :)
Watched the episode live - over all it was very good and a lot of the reactions were very moving, but am I the only one that feels like it was all very rushed and if was like we were just watching the edited highlights as it felt some things were missing!
Pleased it wasn't just me then Eddy. 👍🏻 They will both be missed as they convincingly could change their characters when needed unlike some. 👎
Let's just hope that PD is of the same mind as Finn and wants to try other career paths.http://www.sherv.net/cm/emoticons/by...y-emoticon.gif
hello all :cheer:
watched tonites ep and enjoyed most of it. sorry about Finn cos I think ed really wasted him and I don't know why
pretty sure emma doesn't jump
strange its all come to head quickly when ed has dragged on with nothing for weeks
wonder if its got anything to do with them wanting to get through lots of sls like this, Robert's hf stuff, the "baby", Adam and everything else and to do it quickly before Christmas cos they've realised its just not pulling in big audiences
There's definetly a shift in pace in the storylines - I wonder if it's also to do with the new writers and storyliners - although it's maybe too early for their work to be on screen yet.:hmm:
I wondered that about Emma - why would they show the preview of her being ready to jump if that was going to be the actual climax?
hello all :cheer:
hope everyone ok
looking forward to tonite even without the guyz cos I think that there might be a few twists and surprises by the end of the ep
Good evening. :)
