the thing is the normal big brother goes on for too long these days! 13 weeks is too much! because by about week 8 all the characters have been booted out and you'll left with a bunch of ****-licking bores sailing through to final week.
i agree the celeb versions are always more entertaining, as it's condensed down and is much more entertaining. I prefer to see delusioned Z listers thinking they're above the degrading things Big Brother makes them do. their desperation to keep famous and the things they'll do to keep hold of it are hilarious.
I wish I could get clean of my BB addiction Chris, but I just keep going back for more. :D I think I've only missed a couple of highlights shows since it started. :o
I don't think Mo knows the definition of entertainment - slapping Mikey over the head, what was he thinking?... and he looked furious when Mikey tipped water on him for sleeping.. I don't know why - he's meant to be in Big Brother to provide entertainment and not sleep 24/7...he should have gone when he was up against Sylvia as he's done nothing since.
I still want Rachel for the win.
Apparently Rachel and Stuart are up for eviction this week, how on earth have Rex, Mohammed and Nicole got away with it. I have never liked Mohammed and can't believe he is still in there.
If true, it's a rubbish result. I wanted Rex, Mo and Nicole to be up ideally.. I don't mind Stuart, but I want Rachel to win, so I would want him to be evicted this week.
i agree i wanted rex and mo to be up i hate rex and mo they are so anooying, im not sure who i want to win? maybe lisa im not sure, i quite like nicole when shes not with rex,
I Dont Get How Mohammed Can Survive Being Nominated And Evicted
Hes So Lazy And Gready..Y Do The Housemates Not Vote Him..If They All Nominated Him Then He Would Surely Go On Eviction Nyt..?!
I Dont No Who Is Gonna Go This Week..Perhaps Stuart He'll Be Happy 2 Go And See His Daughter..Rachael May Want 2 Go As Rex And Co Have Been Quite Nasty Lately 2 Her.
Rex Has Got 2 Go He's Soooo Annoyin! He Wont Leave Nicole Alone Hes Like Her Shadow He Pesters Her All The Time And Says Things 2 Make An Arguement Between Them.
When The Divide Came Down He Ran Straight In2 The Bedroom And Got Into Bed With Her Just 2 Pester Her Again As Seconds Later She Was Telling Him 2 Get Off And Then Had Ago At Her Coz She Had BreakFast Without Him.
Get Real Rex Shes Not Your Pet 2 Boss Around!!
Yet another week of nominations wasted. I'm bored saying that lot are as thick as pig poo but they are. Stuart and Rachel up for eviction. Stu better start packing now. There is no way Rachel is going on Friday but Stu is convinced he is more popular than her
 as if Luke and Bex have got married in Las Vegas!!! :rotfl:
lmao, they do have photos i guess!! Daily Star
OMG!!!!! Luke and Bex seriously!!!!
I mean I liked them, Im just shocked at that!!!
Oh my word. Why did the media pay for this rubbish. It won't last.
(It was a spoof, in case you didn't realise!)
Thank god for that. For a moment I thought they would do anything for publicity.
for the love of god, please get Mo out next week!!!! If not I'll have to break into the BB house and throttle him to death! I can't stand him! I've hated him since week 1, such a gready glutten!
who got evicted tonight?
Stu :) I'm glad he went... not because I dislike him but because he didn't want to be there and missed his daughter and that showed so it was only right to let him go, but I really do liek Rachel and I think she's a brilliant role model, like she just proves that you don't need to swear and shout to solve things and you don't need to rise to bullies and I respect her loads for that
Did you see Sara 's face when Stu's name was announced she was not a happy bunny, such a fake smile. Who she going to suck up to this week to avoid nomination. I'm glad Stu went although he was a nice looking guy he was boring as sh*t and the only thing he did in the house was get his top off. Lisa and the others will have been hit with a reality check that hey guess what the public Rachel because she is normal and friendly not full of fake-tan, hair extentions or got a screw loose. Mo is a boring sod who doesn't do anything but he will survive another week maybe two as we have to get rid of Nicole and Sara.
Loved Lisa's zombie talk last night in the diary room. Is there anything she isn't good at? :D I read in the Sun today that Mario is going back in the house on Sunday to propose to Lisa.
I think Nicole will be going tonight..
Get your sick buckets ready! Mario is set to re-enter the Big Brother house this weekend to propose to Lisa.
The slimey muscle man will be sneaked into the house to surprise his girlfriend with an engagement ring on Sunday, according to The Sun.
Mario and Lisa couldn't keep their hands off each other during their time together in the house and seemed to spend half their time in the bath. We're surprised they didn't shrivel up.
It's been six weeks now since they've seen each other so we're expecting this to be a very hands on reunion. Eurgh.
But the big question is - will she say yes?
It's also been revealed that two housemates will be kicked out half way during the show's final week.
We definitely think this is the right decision as last year's final night had way too many housemates still in the house leaving Davina about five minutes to interview each ot them.
Are you looking forward to Mario's Big Brother return? who do you think will make the final? Let us know what you think...
From Yahoo.co.uk
sounds like a good couple of final weeks with suprise tasks and evictions!
not sure if i'm keen on Mario returning. once a housemate has gone a housemate should stay gone imo!
I'm in agreement with you Bryan. Mario was evicted because the public didn't like him, why bring him back if he wants to proposed to Lisa he can wait another two weeks. My opinion of Lisa is going down hill day by day. I can't see how so many housemates have this dislike to Rachel. Is it so hard to believe that there are genuine nice people in the world, and not attention grabbing wanabees who want to enter the house.
Davina gave Nicole a grilling tonight but she was still kind with her comments. I put that down to the fact that Nicole was 19 years old, but IMO her and Rex's attidude this week was bang out of order and if HM can't take the heat then they should'nt take part in the game. Nicole knew excatly what she was getting into. She went in to that house for fame and it backfired on her. If Heat mag and other media communications have any braincells they will give her a wide berth.
I agree with the Mario thing too, but I don't think he's staying. Davina said a special "visit" so I hope he proposes then just goes.. still I don't see why he feels the need to do it all over telly when it's not long until they're all out anyways.
As for Nicole, good riddance to her. But did anyone notice that in her interview her excuse for everything was it was so hard (don't go in the flipping house then!) and that whoever she had a run in with, it was because they were horrible to her. She said it about both Mikey and Mo. Urgh she complained about not being treated as an adult and only being seen as "Rex's girlfriend"..but quite frankly that's her own fault. If she didn't follow Rex about all day and took responsibility for her own mistakes maybe she would have been treated liek an adult but she came across as an immature child. I've seen better behaved 11 year olds! She needs to get a grip.
Rant over :)
Mario and Lisa both thrive on the fame and being in the public eye, which is why Mario probably can't wait for two weeks to propose to her and wants to make it public via national television... the only way this is gonna be good is if Lisa says no. :D :p
To be fair to Mario, he was going to propose when he was in the house. But then he was made to do the wedding task, and he decided not to. He had already told the production staff what he wanted to do, and they made it so he couldn't. So he's only really going back to do what he was going to do all along.
anyone watching the proposal on BBLB? I'm watching in a bit on 4+1! Hope she says no! :D
Awww really? He's actually gonna do it?
Well is he not staying though, just going in for the day?
george lamb had the defining moment of bblb earlier he outright asked mario if he was doing it for the money!! spot on
 lol what did he say?
Of course he was dioing it for the money, they're all in it for the cash.
TELLY bosses are cooking up a new Osbournes-style reality show for Rex Newmark and his wacky family.
Producers reckon the minted 24-year-old has been the biggest character on BB this summer.
And they are convinced that a fly-on-the-wall series based at his family’s London restaurant would be a hit.
The show, with a working title of Meet The Newmarks, would echo the series which gave fans an insiders’ view of Ozzy Osbourne, 59, his wife Sharon, 55, and two of their kids Kelly, 23, and Jack, 22.
MTV made four series of The Osbournes, turning the whole family into household names and earning them millions of pounds.
Now bosses reckon they can cash in by using the same format to turn Rex, his family and his sexy girlfriend – ex-housemate Nicole Cammack, 19 – into stars.
An insider said: “The Newmarks are a wealthy family who seem to live a very wild lifestyle, packed full of celebrities and glamour.
“Giving them their own show based at the restaurant would be like two shows rolled into one. You would get the reality side of things and you would get to see Rex doing what he does best – cooking.”
Channel 4 are the favourites to clinch the show and Rex’s dad Robert is locked in talks with TV chiefs to secure a deal before his son has even left the spy-on-the-wall house.
Cocky Rex – whose father’s restaurant chain Beach Blanket Babylon has been frequented by Kate Moss, 34, Naomi Campbell, 38, and Paul Gascoigne, 41 – could even end up being the next Jamie Oliver, 32.
His dad Robert said: “Rex would love to be a celebrity chef.
“There hasn’t been a new one for some years.
“I know someone who knows Jamie Oliver and apparently when he saw Rex on TV he said ‘There’s a new celebrity chef.’”
His brother Dexter, 20, added: “There has been some talk about him having his own cooking show. He’d jump at the chance.”
Nicole will be hoping the series can win her some fans after 94% of the votes counted against her last week – the most in BB history.
Well I certainly won't be tuning in. I only like watching the housemates when they are in the house. When they leave, I have no interest in them.
The live task is tonight - I am looking forward to it. In the Sun it says that the housemates have to nominate live face to face - then the two housemates with the most nominations go head to head in a task to win £50,000 which isn't part of the prize fund.
Also, next Tuesday (2nd September) there is a double eviction before the finale that airs on Friday 5th September.
Sara and Lisa are both up for eviction this week! That challenge was so nail biting! Very Goldenballs! So glad they decided to share though - it was lovely to watch. They both have a genuine friendship there.
so glad they both shared, kinda worth them being up for eviction and now they can both stick a finger up to theones who voted them!!
what was that all about with kat and rachel?? why did rach say sorry kat when she revealed who she voted for?? what the hell has it got to do with kat???
kat is annoying me, i detest her! shame she started off well but now is just awful!
MIKEY TO WIN!! and not because he is blind just becasue the rest of the twits just dont deserve to!
Darnell has shown how nasty he really is, and of course its becuase sara disent fancy him he did the same to bex!!!!!!!
grrr illbe glad when it over, i really couldnt give a rats bumhole who wins this year!
Im so glad they shared.
Im thinking maybe Kat gave Rcahel a funny look for who Rachel voted for and Rachel said, well what she said cos Kat did the same thing
Kat is a master gameplayer. I wish I listened to Luke weeks ago. Rachel subtly revealed her game plan by saying "sorry" - Rachel apologised to Kat because she nominated Rex and Rex is one of Kat's "circle of friends" - one of the people she wants in her dream final.
Kat has been playing a game all the way through, trying to get through to the final with all her friends, and tonight Rachel went against that. That's my view anyway. Kat is a clever cookie.
last night was BORING
so predictable that those two would be up against each other, because the little group of "friends" (how can you be friends with people you've known for so short amount of time???) would gang up on them
Lisa and Sarah are two of the few decent ones left and it'll be a shame to see them go on Friday. Kat and Rachel need to take off the rose tinted glasses and see that Mo is a fat pig, Rex is a nasty peice of work, and Darnell is just disgusting (the way he takes his own insecurites out on everyone is digusting)
it was obvious with them two playing that they'd share, as they are good friends! boring outcome, not nail biting in the slighest! If any of the three lads had been in there, greedy mom, money hungry rex, or devious darnell, they'd have snapped up the money and never shared at all!
i can not understand why such a detestable bunch of housemates have made it to final week, over nice people like Dale and Stu!?
They should have made the golden ball playoff for eviction, who ever had won they could choose to keep the £50K but would automatically be evicted or return to the house with nothing that would have been more competitive. I would have choosen winner takes all
