I have read Marley and Me and really enjoyed it.The book i am now reading is Becoming Anna by Anna J Michener.It is an autobiography of the first 16 years of her life about the abuse she suffered from her family and the various mental intitutions she was put in by her family. I have not finnished it yet but so far it is really good and quite painful to read.
I've just finished Jill Mansell's Making Your Mind Up and have just started Frank Lampards autobiography, only read the first chapter so can't really comment on what it is like yet. I'm only hoping it's as good as Kelly Holmes autobiography as that was the best autobiography i have ever read.
havent really read anything in ages so as ive finished all my work for this year ive started reading "vanishing acts" by jodi picoult, its really good so far
I've just read Hannah's Gift, it was so sad i even cried a few times, it's about a girl who dies from Cancer at the age of 3 which is a true life story written by her mother.
Now i've just started Jill Mansells Falling For You.
I'm currently reading the Wicked novel so far so good :D
finished reading "vanishing acts", it was really good, now reading "my sisters keeper" also by jodi picoult, its about a girl whos suing her parents cos she was born specificially so that she could save her dying sister
Do you find Jodi Picoult waffles about nothing in particular? I read The Tenth Circle and every few pages she was talking about Eskimos and Alaska. I found it really boring and irrelevent to the story.Quote:

erm no not really, not read the tenth circle so cant really comment but the 2 books of hers that i have read havent waffled, well i dont think so anyway! finished "my sisters keeper" now, it was really good but so sad. not sure what im going to read next yet though
I am reading WATERMELON....by Marian Keyes same gal who wrote Lucy Sullivan is Getting Married,,
the book is great.. and I have been laughing so hard in nearly every chapter..
i love marian keyes books but this is the one book ive never been able to get into. It is funny but for some reason (and i think it could be the anna friel version on the tv)Quote:
