EXT. BACHELOR BOYS HOUSE - NIGHT

James charges across Elmcroft Crescent from his house to theres. He bangs on the door.

Val: Calm it eh James? Your a policeman...should be setting an example...

James: An example!? I'll be making an example of that bitch!

James continues to bang, but no one answers. Curtains start to twitch across the neighborhood. Emma weakily walks out of the house and towards her parents.

Val: You go back inside love...dont worry...you're dad's dealing with it now...

James: Open this bloody door before I break it down!

Emma: Just leave it dad please! Your making a fool of yourself! All the neighbours are watching!

James: I don't care about what the neighbours think!

Emma: Please dad, just leave it...you'll make it ten times worse...im begging you!

James: No Emma! No way! No one mugs my daughter and gets away with it!

James steps away from the door in frustration. He heads off towards the Red Rum. Val and Emma follow close behind him, Emma is in complete despair shouting after her father.

Emma: Dad! Come back here now! Please! Dad!

Oh gawd - James is going to look an idiot! Stop guys and listen to your daughter!

INT. IQBAL/MARCUS' FLAT - NIGHT

Iqbal is sitting down watching the television. Sanjita walks trough the front door, looking drained. The faint shouts from the Andrews' can be heard from outside. Iqbal looks over his shoulder and smiles. Sanjita throws her coat onto the arm of the sofa.

Iqbal: Hiya babe, your late home...thought you was only going to the lawyer...

Sanjita: Yeah well...it didn't turn out how I'd expected...so I ended up drowning my sorrows in town

Iqbal: Why? What's up? What did he say...

Sanjita: He strongly suggests that I don't challenge Kash's request for full custody of the kids...

Iqbal: What!? Why not!?

Iqbal switches off the television and focuses his attentions on Sanjita, who is close to tears. She speaks, but is choked.

Sanjita: Apparantly... I'm the one who walked out..I'm the one who has been a cheat and lyier for the entirity of their childhood... oh yes... and apparanltly he is a good father...who has brought them up well...with good manners and morals...

Iqbal: That's rubbish and you know it! If the kids were asked in court, it would be you who'd they'd want to be with!

Sanjita: Since when have kids had a say in the matter? It's about who can afford the biggest and best lawyer...and I have a pittance in my bank... he has a buisness!

Iqbal: Don't worry about money... I can give it you...

Sanjita: No way... the lawyer has explained my situation, and I'm not going to use my kids as an emotional punchbag with Kash... I'll just have to agree to seeing them at weekends...

Sanjita begins to cry, Iqbal holds her in his arms, concerned for her state of mind.

INT. RED RUM - NIGHT

James and Val storm into the Red Rum. The impact of the door hitting the wall causes the pub to go quiet. Luqina, Tom and Chris are standing by the bar.

Luqina: Well look who it isn't...

Val: I've had enough of your lip you smary little cow!

Val walks over to Luqina and slaps her around the face.

Tom: Oi! Val!

Luqina slaps Val back. The pair begin to fight. James pushes past Tom to pull Val away.

James: Move out of my way!

Tom: Who you pushing!?

Tom pushes James back. The pair begin to fight also. Chris grabs his pint and steps back from the action, a look of astonishment on his face. Chaos errupts between the two families as a full on pub brawl starts.

Amy: PATRICK! Get down here now!

Patrick comes down stairs, sees the fights and jumps over the bar to split the fight up.

Patrick: Pack it in! The lot of ya! Anymore of this and you're all barred!

Tom: Try telling them...coming in here and starting a fight over nothing...

James: Nothing!? Luqina has beaten up my daughter! Mugged her!

Luqina: I haven't been no where near that little cretin!

Val: Watch your mouth your lying little bitch! You slap my daughter about and then have the bare-faced cheak to deny it! You're a nasty peice of work! Really you are!

Emma: It wasn't Luqina!! Alright!? Will the pair of you listen to me!!!

James and Val look at Emma, unaware that she has been watching the whole performance.

James: Well then who was it love!? Who attacked you!?

Emma: I wasn't attacked! OK!?... I was raped!

The entire Red Rum look at Emma, in complete shock at her announcement.

Ok, just caught up on everything.. first excellent writing Bry and Abi.. was totally shocked at siobhan story and Leah killing her mum :eek::eek:. Now Emma has been raped.. that is also a big shocker....

I see I turned into Ems... excellent... I got younger and have more kids now :lol:

INT. RED RUM - NIGHT

The pub look on in shock and horror at Emma's anouncement. James and Val's hearts sink immediatley.

James: You...what....no....no....it can't have been!

Tears roll down Emma's face.

Emma: I was raped.... it's the truth....

Val walks up to Emma, tears in her eyes. She gently caresses her daughter's cheak in support.

Val: My baby girl... I'm so sorry.... how could they?

Patrick and Amy stare at each other, unsure of how to approach the situation. Patrick rings the pub bell to get everyone's attention.

Patrick: Okay ladies and gents... I think it's best if you all leave now...sorry for any inconvienace

Without hestiation the punters begin to walk out of the pub. Luqina gives Val and Emma a dirty look on the way out. Chris, with a new pint in his hand tries to leave the pub with the glass.

Patrick: Oi! Chris! Don't you even think about it!

Chris puts the pint down on the table and leaves. The Red Rum is now empty. Val is hugging her daughter, but is lost for words.

Emma: (Emotional) He wouldn't move out of the way.... he just dragged me into the bus.... and he raped me!

Val and Emma burst into even more tears as Val hugs her, and she clings tightly to her mother. A tear rolls down James' face...

INT. CRACK DEN - NIGHT

A thilthy squat filled with drug addicts. A loud and violent bang is heard on the front door. Neil, one of Craig Harvey's thugs wakes up. Panic is heard throughout the house.

Druggie: ****! I bet it's the cops at this hour hide the stash!

The addicts run around the house hiding their drugs. Neil walks towards the front door in frustration.

Neil: I'll get the front door shall I!? :rolleyes:

Neil opens the door to Craig. Craig punches Neil directly in the face. Neil falls to the floor with the impact, blood running from his nose.

Neil: Christ Craig! What the hell's that for!?

Craig drags Neil up and punches him again. The drug addicts all stay away from Neil and Craig.

Craig: You bloody animal! Low life peice of scum!

Neil: Wh...what have I done!?

Craig: You went too far Neil! Too far! I never asked you to rape the girl! :angry:

Neil: I didn't Craig! I swear to you hands down! I couldn't find her!

Craig grabs Neil by the jaw, squezzing his face.

Craig: You'd better be telling me the truth Neil...becuase rape is one thing I will NEVER tolerate! Do you understand me!? NEVER!

Neil: Yeah cool Craig... I understand...yeah

Craig: If I find out you did it I swear to god I'll chop your bloody rapist knackers off!

Craig gives Neil a violent kick and then straightens his tie before leaving the squat. Neil gasping for breath from Craig's violent attack.
