I don't think he works at all. I think he just pretends to work as a scaffolder so he can walk about in a vest. We rarely see him do any work. He does not seem to have a yard to store his scaffold tubes and boards. I do not understand his partnership with Gary, surely Gary does not need a scaffold for every job.
