Do you mean the cars at the beginning of the episode or the vans at the end. I have rewatched with it switched off and I did not get the impession she thought she was being watched. Maybe I am slow on the uptake, to see the inference. Audio description says Lisa "senses" she is being watched, not that she sees anything. Without audio description I would have no idea why she suddenly looks worried. I am beginning to think programme makers make programmes assuming we keep it switched on all the time, as more and more without it I would clueless as what is going on. Not just Corrie but drama in general.
