If she does come back to the UK show I hope she gets lots of digs from Louis and other judges about being sacked from the US show
Simon will probably fire Louis now to bring her back

Cheryl Cole may still have a job on The X Factor USA, according to Simon Cowell's close friend Sinitta.
Cole has reportedly been dropped from the Fox talent show and replaced by former Pussycat Doll Nicole Scherzinger. However, '80s popstar Sinitta claimed that rumours about Cole's departure may have been premature.
"Who said she's been axed?" she told OK!TV. "Has anyone heard Simon say she's been fired? All the reports that I've heard had said that she's doing really well on the show.
"Being a judge on one of these shows is like being in Dynasty. Who gets to sit next to Simon? The girls are fighting over him."
When asked if she'd spoken to Cowell, she said that the show's creator has been "hard to reach", but commented: "The horse's mouth did not tell me she was sacked."
She added: "Someone's taken something and run with it. Maybe her mum needs to fly over to America. People are freaking out and cussing out on Twitter. I say hang on just a minute. Simon is back in the UK and shortly any minute now, hopefully, we will know more."
Allegations of an organised PR stunt by Cowell were also dismissed by Sinitta. "That would be really mean and I don't think he would do that. He's been helping her a lot and she's been great for the show," she said. "They are so close. So close."
He can't be reached because he's bmped Ms Cole and is eyeing up her replacement and will be devoting most of his time to Nicole. If Simon wanted to help Cheryl make a career in the US he would have taken her on as an advisor like Sinitta and help her raise her profile. If he's going to pull strings to bring back Cheryl on the UK show then he'd better bring back Dannii as well.
LIVID Cheryl Cole was "shocked and stunned" last night after being axed from X Factor USA.
And a close pal said: "She never saw it coming."
The 27-year-old pop babe claimed she had been ruthlessly dumped out of the blue by show boss Simon Cowell.
But his camp insisted he told her three days ago her role as a judge "wasn't working" in the US.
Cheryl claimed Cowell had cruelly ditched her from X Factor USA without telling her why or facing her in person.
But sources close to Cowell maintained she knew she was on the way out because American TV executives were "concerned about her performance".
The axing has torpedoed Cheryl's hopes of launching a successful singing career in the States on the back of her X Factor appearances.
The Girls Aloud babe is expected to jet back to Britain today. And she is set to swallow her pride by re-signing as a judge on the UK's X Factor.
But she faced another setback as a Sun online poll revealed 62 per cent of the show's fans DON'T want her to return.
A close friend of Cheryl told how she was seething after her humiliating US ejection.
The pal said: "She is completely shocked and stunned. She never saw this coming at all.
"The fact that Simon didn't tell her in person hurt. She never thought he would do that to her."
Cheryl was further embarrassed when US broadcasters Fox screened an ad for X Factor USA during the American Idol final on Wednesday night - showing only Cowell, 51.
But friends blasted suggestions made by Cowell's camp that she had quit because she was homesick. They said she has spent "loads of time" in Los Angeles and loves it there.
They added that reports of Cheryl's poor profile in America and a rift with fellow US judge Paula Abdul, 48, were equally false. And they dismissed rumours that US fans could not understand her because of her thick Geordie accent.
One pal said: "Her language, accent and diction were heavily screen-tested. The network knew exactly what she could do before things kicked off."
But in direct contrast, the Cowell camp insisted the telly mogul HAD spoken to Cheryl about the axe.
They claimed the pair sat down three days ago to discuss fears expressed by Fox bosses that she was not connecting with American viewers.
A source said: "Cheryl can hardly say this was a total shock. She actually knew about it three days ago.
"Simon told her in person at his house that it wasn't working and that he was under so much pressure to release her.
"She knows she has been nervous in her performances and TV execs were privately concerned."
Cheryl had started filming the US show's auditions on May 8 when she turned up in purple flares and orange top in LA. She finished another five days of filming in Chicago on Monday.
Her new manager, Black Eyed Peas singer Will.i.am, had been hoping to use her starring role on the show as a springboard to wider fame in the US.
He was even lining up duets with Rihanna and Usher.
But a source said: "This business has blown a big hole in her plans for a music career in the US. It really couldn't have played out any worse.
"No one in America knows who she is and X Factor was supposed to have sorted that out."
Cheryl's replacement is almost certain to be Pussycat Doll Nicole Scherzinger, 32. Some sources insisted race ace Lewis Hamilton's girlfriend, who was to have been show host, has always been a "Plan B" option if Cheryl did not work out.
She will join judges LA Reid, 54, Cowell and Paula, and Welsh presenter Steve Jones, 34.
In BRITAIN, X Factor insiders said Cheryl only has to sign a contract to be welcomed back into the fold.
She will have to decide quickly as ITV's filming of auditions starts next Wednesday.
But her return is believed to be virtually a done deal. That could be bad news for N-Dubz star Tulisa Contostavlos, 22, who was lined up to be a judge but is now likely to make way for Cheryl.
Destiny's Child singer Kelly Rowland, 30, could also be at risk but is thought to be safer than Tulisa. So the final judging panel will probably consist of Cheryl, Louis Walsh, 58, Take That's Gary Barlow, 40, and Kelly.
One pal of Cheryl said: "She is hurt but has agreed to come back. She doesn't want her British fans to think she would desert them.
"She is determined to make it clear she hasn't failed. She thinks the blame lies at someone else's doorstep."
Cheryl's loyal mum Joan Callaghan was even more bullish.
She told pals: "Cheryl has been paid off to come back to the UK to sort out the show. Simon told her Tulisa just wasn't strong enough. The deal is she will be seen as the head judge, even above Gary Barlow."
Marvin Humes of boyband JLS, who were X Factor runners-up in 2008, said: "Cheryl is an incredibly strong woman. She has been through a lot and I think she will bounce back."
Fans in Newcastle were gutted for the local beauty. Ben McDonald, 21, said: "Cheryl is great and should be allowed to be on both X Factors - here and in America." But thousands of Sun readers polled online were not so sympathetic.
phil1970 wrote: "i hope she doesnt return to the uk x factor, her going to the usa and leaving the uk and then backtracking just shows how 2 faced she would be."
Celebrities were quick to support Cheryl on Twitter.
Comic Alan Carr tweeted: "We love you Cheryl come home pet. I'll pop the kettle on hinny xx."
ASHLEY Cole was jubilant last night after learning ex-wife Cheryl was returning to the UK.
The England and Chelsea ace has spent months trying to worm his way back into her life.
A friend said: "He's over the moon. He made no secret of the fact he never wanted Cheryl to move to America."
Earlier this month Cole, 30, changed his mobile phone profile to read: "I want my wife back."
The love rat also cleared his phone of girls' numbers in a bid to make a fresh start and is back living at the former marital home in Godalming, Surrey.
Cheryl, 27, was also seen visiting her ex mother-in-law at her home in Chigwell, Essex, two weeks ago.
After Cheryl initially shunned Cole, pals have revealed the couple maintain phone contact.
One added: "He hopes she will turn to him for support over her devastation at being sacked. The chances are she will."
How Cheryl Cole battled to land role
NOVEMBER 30, 2010 - Cheryl's people are tight-lipped after reports she is close to making a £3million deal to judge the US show.
DECEMBER 8 - Piers Morgan, who was a judge on America's Got Talent, says Cheryl would be "a big hit" in the US.
He said: "She is hard-working, she looks great, she is charismatic on screen and she knows her stuff."
APRIL 26, 2011 - Simon Cowell tells the press he thinks Cheryl would "do really well in America".
He told an entertainment website: "She's a great judge. She's smart. It's just a hunch. If people take to her like the British public did, I think she's going to do really well in America."
He said he showed a video clip of Cheryl to Fox bosses two years earlier and they fell in love with her. He said: "In a way, the deal (to produce a US version), was almost conditional on Cheryl having the gig. They were desperate for her."
MAY 5 2011 - Cowell's production company ends months of speculation and confirms Cheryl has the job.
She said: "I can't wait to get started. I just can't decide whether I am more excited to find and nurture the talent or for the unbelievable amount of amusement I will have watching Simon doing everything and anything he can to beat me.
"He's tried to beat me for three years in the UK, and hasn't even come close. His ego must be so bruised. America is gonna love this."
MAY 26 - It emerges that Cheryl is off the show and will reportedly be replaced by ex-Pussycat Doll Nicole Scherzinger.

Louis Walsh has called on Cheryl Cole to return to the UK version of The X Factor.
Walsh admitted to the Irish Daily Mirror that he was "surprised" to hear reports that his former colleague had been replaced on the US version of the programme.
"We'd welcome her with open arms," Walsh said of suggestions that Cole could take up her former position. "I'm surprised about what happened to Cheryl in the US but yes I'd like her back on the UK show.
"I think she should return and I think most viewers feel the same. She's a great asset. I honestly don't know what's going to happen at this stage but I'm 100 percent behind her returning."
The X Factor UK panel remains unconfirmed, with auditions due to begin filming in Birmingham next Wednesday.
"Cheryl and I get on well. She's a soft, sweet girl. Not many people see that side of her," Walsh remarked. "Of course what happened in the States is a blow but she will bounce back from it with the right people around her.
"She's big enough to carry on being a big success and a massive hit with the viewers."
Dannii Minogue recently confirmed that she has quit the show, while earlier this month Cowell himself told US reporters that Take That's Gary Barlow will appear on the panel.
"I'm going to miss Dannii so it would be great to have at least Cheryl back," Walsh concluded.
She should join Geordie Shore now :p
Cheryl Cole has reportedly been offered a £1.2million deal if she remains silent about her axe from The X Factor USA.
Cole would therefore be paid her entire fee for the talent series for four days' work, as previously reported. This equates to around £25,000 per hour.
In return the singer must not speak negatively about the show or Simon Cowell in public.
A source told The Mirror: "Cheryl is going to be paid off if things go to plan.
The last thing we need is someone with an axe to grind saying bad things about the show before it even starts.
We hope a simple statement can be released next week and that will be the end of it. It's is an incredible amount of money for four days' work, but this is a multi-million dollar show with so much invested, it will be worth it. If she takes the money she is effectively agreeing to a gag."
Cheryl Cole has said that she is "absolutely fine" about the axe from the series.
Meanwhile, Fox producers have said that Cole will still feature in some episodes of The X Factor USA when it airs.
Yeah well I'd be fine about getting the sack if I was paid £1.2 million.
Cheryl Cole will reportedly return to the judging panel of The X Factor USA, just over a week after she was allegedly axed from her role on the show.
According to the News of the World, Cole is expected to rejoin filming on Wednesday, when auditions begin again in New Jersey. Nicole Scherzinger, who was rumoured to be replacing the Girls Aloud star on the panel after her departure, will now return to her original role as co-host with Steve Jones.
An insider has suggested that Simon Cowell is partly responsible for Cole's rehiring, saying: "This is the biggest surprise of the lot - Cheryl is back. Who could possibly have predicted this - it appeared that Simon had dumped Cheryl for good?
"But behind the scenes Simon has been wooing Cheryl. And key executives at Fox all realised they had made a big mistake. They have been watching the tapes of her at the American auditions and realising that she could be a huge star over there."
Previous reports had suggested that Cole had been refusing Cowell's phone calls after her alleged exit from The X Factor USA, and she has since been replaced in her judging role in the UK version of the show by N-Dubz star Tulisa Contostavlos.
Fox has so far refused to confirm that Cole had originally left the show, or that she will be present for next week's auditions, although producers have reportedly said that Cole will feature in audition footage from Chicago and Los Angeles when The X Factor USA premieres later in the year.
It is funny how Cheryl, Simon and everyone has kept quite over her axing all publicity for the show and Cheryl's career in the US
