Terminally ill Jade Goody has gone into a hospice where she is expected to stay over the weekend, her publicist has confirmed.
The reality TV star is having her cancer medication adjusted after she suffered from hallucinations, Max Clifford said.
"She was all over the place and imagining all kinds of things," he told Sky News.
"Those who were there were saying it was absolutely awful.
"So we explained to the nurses what had happened and they thought the best thing to do was to get her into the hospice for two or three days."
Mr Clifford stressed that Jade, 27, has not gone to St Clare Hospice, near Harlow, to die.
He said she has been exhausted since her "dream wedding" to Jack Tweed last Sunday at Down Hall County Hotel in Hertfordshire.
"Every day, she has been a little bit better," he said.
"But yesterday she had a real turn for the worse because of the mixture of drugs she was on."
Jade vowed to earn as much money as she could to secure her two sons' future after being told her cervical cancer had spread and was terminal.
She is believed to have earned around £1m for the television and magazine coverage of her wedding and her boys' christening, which will take place on March 7.
The St Clare Hospice cares for people who have illnesses such as cancer, neurological disease or organ failure.
Friends of Jade Goody have organised a walk to support the dying star and raise money for her two sons.
