when youve got 1000 posts you can have pm, most people on here dont have pm either so you wouldnt be able to talk to many people even if you did have it. and im sure theyre not ignoring you cos youre only 12. also you may want to put the 2 pics of dr who next to your banna as wq wants you to not stack them
