It is a sad exit for him and one which he doesn't deserve,personally I wanted a happy exit for him. However I will be happy with this as I wouldn't want Jake to return as he has been wasted in the soap and as I have said many times another "Victim" Apart from this I think the actor Joel Beckett deserves far better and hope that he will go on to be a great success now he has left the soap.Quote:

I read in the Sun that he is killed by one of Johnny's hencemen who mistook him for Sean !! To be honest I am confused how the Jake/Ruby/Johnny Saga will end to be honest ?

Whilst Johnny is having a heart attack he points to the phone and says with his dying breath "Jake..Murder..him" which becomes misunderstood as what he is really trying to say is "Jake murder Sean"
Apparently Jake bumps into the two guys who are hired to kill him outside of Scarlets whilst he is leaving and they ask if he is Jake Moon and he realises that he is in trouble
It could of been made where he said "no sorry mate, I'm Sean Slater, he's in there (pointing to Scarlets) you'll find him in the office.." Then we could of had Jake walking away smiling to himself thinking that Sean is going to be killed.. by the time the henchmen realised that Jake was lying he could of disppeared into thin air being no where insight. That would of been a much better ending for him.:) (IMO)

Thats awful, but surely Johnny must have know he was not talking to Jake on the phone ?
