INT. BAYMOORE LESUIRE CENTRE - WINEBAR - NIGHT
Callumn and Lauren get dressed as they follow Kate who is about to leave the winebar. Callumn shouts after Kate.
Callumn: Please Kate...don't say anything to 'Shell! This will break her heart if she finds out!
Kate stops walking and turns to face Callumn.
Kate: You know what...i'm glad i've caught you Callumn because now it's all over, once Michelle finds out about this, she wouldn't want to cope with one more minute of your infedility, drinking and violence!
Callumn: You tell Michelle the truth and you'll regret it!
Kate: How can I regret letting my daughter out of her misery!? She can start again, get you out of her life, get a man who deserves her! She can finally get some happiness for all the years you've made a living hell of her!
Kate walks off. Callumn has a paniced look on his face. Callumn suddenly grabs a knife from the counter and sneaks up behind Kate. Callumn grabs Kate by the neck with his one hand. The knife is in his other hand. Lauren watches on, petrified.
Lauren: Jesus Callumn! What the hell are you doing?! Drop the knife!
Callumn ignores Lauren's plea. Kate has a terrified look on her face.
Callumn: You won't be saying anything to Michelle you bitch!
Callumn plunges the knife into Kate's stomach and repeatedly stabs her. Kate screams as she falls to her knees, then collapses to the floor.

EXT. BAYMOORE ALLEYWAY - NIGHT
James is walking home from the shops, carrying a six pack of lager. As he walks down the alleway, a hoodied man steps out in front of him.
Hitman: James Andrews?
James: Whose asking?
Hitman: Got a little message to deliver to you...from Craig Harvey...
The hitman starts to pull out a gun from his pocket, James immediatley sees this and reacts fast, he knees the hitman in the balls. He collapses onto the floor in pain, his gun dropping out of his hands. James starts to run off.
Hitman: You're a dead man Andrews!
The hitman grabs his gun and gets up, chasing after James. James runs for his life, a look of fear on his face. James begins to pant, out of breath.
Hitman: You can run Andrews, but you can't hide!
The pair run down another alleyway, with the hitman fast approaching, James reaches the end of the alleyway and runs out into the road then BAM!
A car speeds into James, well over the speed limit, James is knocked flying onto the pavement. The car stops for a moment, then speeds off into the distance.
Hitman: (To self) ****!
The hitman runs quickly off out of sight. James is left on the pavement, blood splurting everywhere, fighting for his life...

I guess its night night James then??? Something tells me that Craig had something to do with that car???

INT. BAYMOORE LESUIRE CENTRE - WINEBAR - NIGHT
Callumn plunges the knife into Kate's stomach and repeatedly stabs her. Kate screams as she falls to her knees, then collapses to the floor. Lauren looks at Callumn in complete horror, as Callumn watches Kate lying motionless on the floor, bleeding to death.
Lauren: Oh my god! What the hell have you done Callumn!? :eek:
Callumn: I couldn't take the risk of her telling Michelle the truth!
Lauren: Jesus Callumn! You've just killed an innocent woman! In cold blood! :eek:
Callumn: Like your Saint bleedin' Mary! Life isn't like a bunch of roses you know, life sometimes isn't nice and sometimes we have to do things to protect the ones we love!
Lauren looks at Callumn, terrified. Callumn picks up on this.
Callumn: Oh for Christ's sake! Like i'm going to stab you! :rolleyes:
Callumn puts the knife back down on the counter.
Lauren: Well you killed her!
Callumn: She was asking for it Lauren! The way she's gone on, she's been asking for it for a long time!
Lauren looks at Callumn, then stares at Kate's lifeless body, shaking nervously.

EXT. BAYMOORE ROAD - NIGHT
James's body is lying motionless in the road, blood slowly draining from his body. Val runs over to her husband screaming.
Val: James! James!!
Val sees James lying in the road. She starts crying, and lays beside James, cradling him in her arms.
Val: Oh James! Hang on in there! You can hang on in there! The ambulance is on its way...just hang on in there..
Val continues to cry, tears streaming down her cheeks.
Val: (to James) The ambulance is on its way...they'll send you to hospital, get you better, and you'll be out that hospital, fit as a fiddle and back on the beat in no time!
Val kisses James on the cheek and whispers in his ear.
Val: I know you can get through this James...your a fighter...we'll get through this together..
The ambulance suddenly arrives and two paramedics come rushing out. Val steps away as the paramedics put James on a stretcher and lifts him into the ambulance. Val shouts out to the paramedic.
Val: My James'll be ok won't he?! :(
Paramedic: We'll find out once we get him to hospital. :)
The paramedic gently smiles at Val. Val wipes the tears away and steps into the ambulance to accompany James to the hospital. The ambulance drives off.

EXT. DEVON ROAD LAYBY - NIGHT
Long shot of a Jag parked up on a layby, the sound of a horn beeping can be heard constantly.
The shot cuts to a close up of Richard, who's head is lying against the steering wheel. Weakly he opens his eyelids, and removes his head from the steering wheel.
Richard looks around in a daze, not sure where he is. He hold's his head in pain and tries to recollect what's been going on. He looks over to the passenger seat where a bottle of half empty Whiskey is lying.
Richard: (To Self) What is with you?
DID RICHARD RUN OVER JAMES ???

Lauren looks at Callumn, then stares at Kate's lifeless body, shaking nervously. Callummn takes a deep breath and looks at Kate's body with a serious look on his face.
Callumn: Right...we've got to get rid of the body...
Lauren: You what?
Callumn: Well we can't just leave her like this, someone is soon gonna notice a blood soaked body on the floor :rolleyes:
Lauren: Are you crazy!? You think you're gonna get away with this!?
Callumn: Yeah...I am...but I need you to help me...
Lauren looks at him, distubed by the very suggestion, she is lost for words.
Callumn: Look it's too late to chicken out now...you wanted me, you've got me...we're in this for the long run now...
Lauren: When I started shagging you I thought you were Casonova not ruddy Ian Brady!
Callumn: Look I'm asking you to help me out here, okay!?
Lauren is shaking with nerves, scared at Callumn's reserved nature.
Callummn: We just need to bury the bitch...then we can get on with the way things were and forget this ever happened...okay!?
Lauren looks at him, a nervous wreck. Nervously she nods. Callumn begins to drag the body into the back room. Lauren has a look of total fear on her face...
