Well, when they were talking in prison yesterday, Rob was complaining that Bobby hadn't been to see him for a long time, so I guess that means that hadn't been in contact.

The call would have gone through to the Greater Manchester Police Control. It would have been unlikely the the call handler would have known what was Shona was on about and it would have took time for Shona to explain it to them.
