INT. HONEYSUCKLE COTTAGE - MORNING
Callumn arrives back home after his weekend away. He walks in through the front door and sees Kate's bags in the hallway.
Callumn: 'Shell!
Michelle walks into the hallway and sees Callumn.
Michelle: Good weekend was it!? :rolleyes:
Callumn: What the bloody hell is the old witch doing back here!?
Michelle looks at Callumn and then at Kate's bags and realises who he's talking about.
Michelle: That's my mum your talking about! I asked her to come here, i was feeling lonely with you away for the weekend..
Callumn: Why did you ask her to come here?! You know she's been trying to turn you against me! I thought you realised that you don't need her in your life..
Michelle: She's my mom though Callumn! I'll always need her in my life, more now than ever..
Callumn: What are you on about?
Michelle: Well i need her when your gallivanting off here, there and everywhere with whoever you fancy!
Callumn: I've just had about enough of this!
Callumn grabs Michelle and pins her against the wall.
Callumn: Now you shut your gob! I'm not cheating on you, so stop the accusations before I flip!
Callumn lets go of Michelle and smiles at her.
Callumn: Now if you don't mind, i have a bar to run..
Callumn leaves the cottage. Michelle sits down on the sofa, a bag of nerves.

INT. PAIGNTON POLICE STATION – DAY
The office is filled with uniform officers, who are all sat down awaiting a presentation. James walks in and switches on a slideshow of pictures of Craig Harvey, snapped by the police.
James: Craig Harvey, if you don’t know about him by now you can take the shirt right off my back… now we’ve never managed to nail him, but it’s no secret that he’s one of the biggest criminals in the South West.
PO: There any point to this Andrews?
James: This man has got away with too much for too long. Just the other day I heard first hand of an incident regarding Craig Harvey…dealing drugs to a 17 year old girl! She could easily have been my daughter, or your daughter, are we seriously going to let this man go unpunished?
There are a few grumblings of agreeance from around the room.
James: If we’re ever gonna nail him for his crimes we need proof. I want us all to crack down on this scumbag and build a case of hard evidence that will get him put down for a very long time! I want to stress that this is to be of the up most priority over the coming weeks…That’s all..
The officers begin to walk off, talking about what James has just said. A young officer walks out the room quickly, looking around sheepishly. He searches through his phone book and dials Craig’s number.
Mole: Yeah Craig, something you might want to know about…

INT. HONEYSUCKLE COTTAGE – NIGHT
Kate walks through the front door, carrying some shopping bags.
Kate: Only me love, how does a Shepard’s Pie suit you?
Kate walks into the room, where Michelle is sat on the sofa in tears. A concerned Kate drops the bags and rushes over the comfort her daughter.
Kate: Michelle? Oh love, what’s wrong?
Michelle: Callumn almost hit me…
Kate: You what!?
Michelle: I challenged him about having an affair and he went mad…
Kate: Right that’s it, I’m gonna have a word with him…he might scare you but I’m not afraid of him! It’s about time I brought him down a peg or two!
Kate gets up, Michelle clings onto her mother’s arm/
Michelle: Don’t you dare mom, it’ll only make things 100 times worse for me!
Kate: How can it be worse than it already is love? He can’t go on like this…
Michelle: I just need to live with it mom, or he’ll only make things worse, yeah he’ll be nice when you’re here, but after you go I’ll be the one paying the price for you interfering…
Kate: I’m sorry, but I can’t have him treating my daughter like this…
Kate hurries off out of the room. Michelle is struck with a mixture of fear and anger.
Michelle: Mom! Don’t you dare! If you do I wont ever speak to you again!

mmmm Craig has a dodgy cop.. why doesnt' it surprise me with that man!!! Callum is nasty piece of work.. I hope Kate doesn't get in over her head!!

INT. BAYMOORE LEISURE CENTRE - WINEBAR - MORNING
Callumn is in a mood as he unloads the crates. Lauren suddenly waltzes in and puts her hands over Callumn's eyes.
Lauren: Guess who? :p
Callumn: Jesus Christ Lauren! Do you really have to sneak up on me like that!?
Lauren takes her hands away from Callumn's eyes as Callumn faces Lauren.
Lauren: Gosh...someone got out the wrong side of the bed this morning! :rolleyes: I'd have thought after the weekend you had, you'd have a grin on your face wider than Paignton Pier!
Callumn: It's not you Lauren....It's Michelle..
Lauren: What about her?
Callumn: She's invited her mom down, that woman will stop at nothing to prove what an unfit husband i am!
Lauren: That's a mother in law's job...i wouldn't take it too seriously! So anyway forget her, do you think we could..err slip off somewhere?
Lauren looks at Callumn seductively.
Callumn: Look Lauren, we're gonna have to stop this! If Kate finds out, she'd burn me at the stake! It just won't be worth it!
Lauren: (seductively) We'll just have to make sure that she doesn't find out about us then...
Lauren leans in to kiss Callumn but he backs away.
Callumn: Are you mad?! We can't do it here!
Lauren: Go on, take a risk! Live on the edge!
Callumn thinks for a minute then leans into kiss Lauren. They both end up in a clinch and head for the back room.

INT. ANDREW'S HOUSE- DAY
James hears a knock on the front door and goes to answer it. He opens the door and sees Craig.
James: What do you want?
Craig: To come in...we've got a few things to clear up..
James: Like what exactly?
James lets Craig in. He shuts the front door and faces Craig.
Craig: I know that your planning to bring me down James..so i've come round here to give you one warning and one warning only!
James: I'm not scared of you Craig! Someone has to stand up to you!
Craig: As we've known each other for so many years, i'm telling you to call of your manhunt against me immediately and stop nosing into my affairs!
James: Am i meant to take that as a threat?!
Craig: Take it how you want..but if you continue this manhunt against me, your gonna wish you hadn't!
James: Just get out of my house Craig! The day i give into a criminal's demands is the day i die!
Craig: So be it...but i can tell you now, your days are numbered!
Craig leaves the Andrews house. James looks on, determined to bring Craig down.

INT. BAYMOORE LESUIRE CENTRE - WINEBAR - DAY
Kate storms into the empty winebar, and begins shouting out.
Kate: Callumn!? Are you here!?
Kate walks around to the other side of the bar, but realises he isn't here. All of a sudden she hears the sound of giggling from the back room. Kate walks over to the door, and pushes it open.
The door opens to reveal Callumn and Lauren at it on the office desk. Kate looks on in shock and disgust. Callumn and Lauren immediatley stop and look at each other worried - finally caught out...

INT. ANDREWS HOUSE - NIGHT
James is sat down in the living room, staring moodily at the TV, Val is talking about something trivial, it is clear that James isn't listening.
Val: Amy was telling me the other day that they've opened another Dorthey Perkins up in Torquay, I almost creamed my jeans at the very thought of another stop on my weekly retail theraphy trip...
James does not respond to this, Val realises he isn't listening.
Val: Earth to James, you hearing me?
James shakes out of his trance and turns to face Val.
Val: What's up hun?
James: Oh, nothing big...
Val: Go on, try me...
James: It's just Craig...came around here earlier...
Val: (Concerned) What for!? What happened!?
James: Oh he was just spurting his usual poision, empty threats and all that...
Val: Babe, you best stay clear of him, you know what he's like.
James: Don't worry, he's all mouth Val..no harm will come to me...
INTERCUT:
EXT. HARVEY'S MOTORS - NIGHT
Craig locks up the garage, he heads off back towards his house. He gets out his phone, a serious look on his face.
Craig: Yeah Billy, the usual routine, one bullet, no questions.... James Andrews...

The door opens to reveal Callumn and Lauren at it on the office desk. Kate looks on in shock and disgust. Callumn and Lauren immediatley stop and look at each other worried - finally caught out...
Kate: Oh my god! Jesus Christ! You make me sick Callumn! I knew it! I knew you were up to something, i knew you and Michelle being together again was too good to be true!
Callumn: Uh...do you mind?! I'm in the middle of having the best sex in my whole life here! :p
Kate's temper boils over and she lashes out and slaps Callumn continuously.
Lauren: Get off him, you mad cow!
Kate: Shut your mouth, you marriage wrecking tart!
Callumn: Can you just shut your mouth?! Lauren deserves some respect!
Kate looks at Callumn, shocked and disgusted.
Kate: I can't believe the ordasity of you, you've been caught cheating on your wife and you make out that i'm in the wrong!? Well, there's certainly no going back now, once Michelle finds out about this, she'll never forgive you, so i hope this cheap tart is worth it!
Kate storms out. Callumn and Lauren look at each other with worried looks on their faces.
