Fatboy Slim helps stranded motorists
DJ Fatboy Slim has shown his true Christmas spirit when he came to the rescue of a couple whose car had broken down on Boxing Day.
The star whisked them back to his home where his wife, former Radio 1 DJ Zoe Ball, served up mince pies and called breakdown recovery.
Malcolm and Linda Fuller, of Portslade, East Sussex, broke down near Brighton beach when Fatboy Slim, whose real name is Norman Cook, drove past and offered his help.
Mr Fuller said the DJ asked them to hop into his BMW to warm up. He told the Daily Express: "Without any prompting, he drove us to his house. We went into the living room where virtually the whole family were gathered for a post-Christmas get together. We met his mum and dad and Zoe's parents and a few relatives."
He added: "Zoe wouldn't let us go until she was sure we were good and warm and the AA van had turned up."
Mrs Fuller told the Daily Express: "He's quite simply the nicest man I've ever met."
She said she was "overwhelmed" when Zoe Ball offered her a mince pie.
Fatboy Slim is throwing a party, the Big Beach Boutique III, in Brighton on New Year's Day.
Julia Roberts expecting third child
Julia Roberts is expecting her third child with her husband, cinematographer Danny Moder, her spokeswoman has confirmed to People magazine.
The baby is due this summer, Roberts' publicist, Marcy Engelman, said in a story posted on the magazine's website.
News of the pregnancy first appeared in the New York Post's Page Six column.
Roberts, 39, and Moder, 37, have two-year-old twins, Hazel and Phinnaeus, who were born in November 2004. The couple were married in July 2002 at Roberts' home in Taos, New Mexico.

She will next be seen in the drama Charlie Wilson's War, directed by Mike Nichols and also starring Tom Hanks, scheduled for release next year.
Jordan's son stable after accident
Glamour model Jordan is "devastated" that her four-year-old son Harvey suffered from burns in an accident, her manager has said.
Partially-blind Harvey was injured at the star's home, according to reports.
The incident took place hours before Jordan, 28 - whose real name is Katie Price - and husband Peter Andre, 33, were due to hold a New Year's Eve party. Jordan's manager Claire Powell said: "Harvey is now in a stable condition, but that's all I know."
She continued: "I haven't spoken to Pete or Katie because they're at the hospital with him constantly.
"They're with him 24-7 and their phones are off. I don't know how it happened, but I got a text from them to say that he's in a stable condition.
"They are devastated but they are being strong for Harvey."
The couple cancelled the New Year's Eve party at their Surrey mansion after the accident, and a holiday to Australia which was due to begin on Tuesday.
Harvey was taken to hospital by ambulance and is at the specialist burns unit at London's Chelsea and Westminster Hospital.
It is not clear how or where Harvey, whose father is footballer Dwight Yorke, was burned.

Sienna Miller dates Leonardo DiCaprio?
Sienna Miller has finally moved on from her on-off romance with Jude Law and is dating Leonardo DiCaprio.
The pair have been close friends since they met in Los Angeles in 2005, but their relationship developed as they spent more time together last year.
A source told the Daily Star: "Sienna and Leonardo met up a lot in the latter part of last year when Sienna was in New York, filming her role as Edie Sedgwick in Factory Girl - which everyone reckons will earn her an Oscar nomination.
"They got on really well, though Sienna was adamant she never wanted to date an older man again, after being dealt a blow with Jude. Leonardo himself was still pretty crushed about his split from his long-term love, Gisele Bundchen.
"But as they spent more time together, their feelings for one another blossomed. They've been keeping in touch lots and he is said to be smitten with her."
Second child for GMTV presenter
GMTV presenter Ben Shephard has become a father for the second time - and named the baby after his favourite TV show's tough guy.
Shephard and wife Annie, are proud parents of Jack James.
The newborn was named after Jack Bauer, hero of popular US TV series 24.
"I actually wanted to call him Bauer and Annie put her foot down," Shephard admitted.
Jack was born weighing 7lb 11oz and is a brother for 20-month-old Sam.
Shephard told his Entertainment Today co-presenter Jenni Falconer: "Annie did brilliantly and Jack looks just like Sam when Sam was born - he's got tons and tons of hair and massive feet and when he came out he looked a bit like a hobbit."
Its going to happen eventually if not already in America that someone has named their son Bauer.
Holmes dropped from 'Batman' sequel
Katie Holmes will not appear in the sequel to Batman Begins, it has been revealed.
The actress - who married Tom Cruise last year - was expected to follow up her performance as Rachel Dawes and is said to have turned down a $2 million deal.
Conflicting reports suggest she was rejected by producers because of her association with Cruise and the controversial Church of Scientology.
"Studios may be gun-shy of her new status as a tabloid fixture," a source told the Daily Mail. "And her expectations may be raised as the new Mrs Cruise.
"Stars of much bigger stature, including Meg Ryan and Demi Moore, have found it tough to regain their momentum after taking time off."
Holmes is said to have signed up for comedy Mad Money instead, while Wedding Crashers star Rachel McAdams is rumoured to be taking over from Holmes in Batman: The Dark Knight.
