Looks like it's something to do with Ryan's adoptive mother, Irene Stocks, who is being played by Eastenders actress Martha Cope, wanting to tell Gail about some bad news concerning someone called Oscar.

I'm finding him really irritating. As far as he knows. Lydia isn't feeling well but that doesn't stop him asking when his tea will be ready or farfing about with the dolls house while she works 2 jobs. He's getting on my wick 🥴
