I'm back to work on Monday Bahh after being of on holiday since Good Friday. Its been a crap week as we have been stuck in doors as Marley has been sick, fistly I got called to the school two weeks ago she was in agony with her constipation. I got more medicine for her but then she went down with the flu. Her cough and sore throat wasn't healing so I had to take her back and they gave her an inhaler as she has a wheezing in her chest. Oh Joy!!!

Tannie we are all here for you. I was at a funeral a few weeks ago and Footprints in the sand was played at the end. That song is going to be played at a lot of funerals but it is such a beautiful song.

I know you all are but to be honest i wouldn't really know where to start. But if i ever need to talk without anyone i know being around like human form you lot will be the first to talk to :)x

Today is crap. my MIL died this morning.

Other than that it looks like I will be relocating across the pond.

OMG! :angry: I lost my phone, only to find it and find a text from my mate who lives 6 miles away at least and does not go to my school, saying she was down and to come out and meet her. She'd gone back home by the time I found the text.

Gawsh, not posted for ages, I never seem to get around to! I'm still feeling really bad all the time, despite CBT and counselling, I have no idea why I'm not responding to any of it, and it's really getting me down at times :(. Thankfully college is almost over :D I can't wait to get out of that place. This weekend has been surprisingly okay, although I've worked I'm not feeling as bad as I could be right now.

Aw...hold on in there....I'm sure you will feel better, but it's (Im guessing) going to be more of a gradual, not an instant fix/thing...I'm sure you'll get there in the end though!!! :thumbsup:

What's CBT?

Hmmm my day has been mediocre. Had work, was quite quiet some people got told they could go home.. then it got busy haha. Been feeling a little down today though. Don't know why. Now I'm listening to ssad songs :lol: Making me want to cry! :s.

CBT is cognitive behavioural therapy.
Thanks PB, It's hard to believe that at times, people say that but after 1 and a half years of all this, it gets hard to believe! My CBT sessions are running out too, she thinks only 2 more but recently I've been regressing not moving forwards!! It will be gradual, but it's been 6 months already. Oh well, as you say, something may get there eventually!
