well on the letter i wrote to kim Medcalf (which i have now got) i put:
Dear Kim, This is to request a Signed Photgraph, but i'd also like to say that your a fab actress.............Blah Blah Blah, i also put that i was voting for her, as when i sent it she was doing Fame Academy!
But you can just put that you'd like an autograph you don't have to write the rest, but i did!

I sent off for June Brown's and Jake Maskall's 4 days ago and they've come already!!!!
They were both dedicated and on the back of Jake Maskall's he put
'Thanks for the petition-Keep up the good work! Lots of Love Jake!
As In the letter i wrote to him i mentioned the petition!!!
