Exactly, with the Nazis it was a matter of morality, with Michael and Stephen it was office politics and management. Stephens crimes were not publically known at the time, Carla should have told the staff he was not to have access.

If Audrey inherits the money knowing he stole it from Underworld... will she return it or will there have to be a court case? Would Carla have legal rights for the return of the money?
