Nicky has very strong accent (what accent is that) quite different to his dad.
I hate when Soap's bring back characters, or revive stories from the past. My memory is just not good enough to remember, who is or who, or who did what to who. This Caleb business is a prime example, particularly as Kim's back story is so complicated. For new viewers it must be even more puzzling. Instead of sitting back and enjoying the programme I am now constantly Goggling and trying to remember history. Made even worse when sometimes Soaps see it as an opportunity to rewrite that history.
Nicky is talking about needing money to prevent "mam" from becoming homeless, but Caleb is still driving a Bently and consulting expensive lawyers.
And is the "mam" at some stage going to appear and be somebody we know from Emmerdale history.Quote:
