INT. DARTMOUTH TOWN CENTRE – DAY
Kyle: Only on one condition….
Vicky: What now Kyle…I’ve had it with all your complicated mind games…
Kyle: Oh it’s quiet a simple request…
Vicky: (Irritated) Go on…hit me with it…
Kyle: I want legal access to Daniel… agreed by you in writing…
Vicky: You what!? (Shakes her head in disbelief) No way Kyle!
Kyle: Oh come on Vicky! Why not!?
Vicky: Why not!? Because you don’t deserve access to him!! You have not been in his life for the past 12 years! So why now!?
Kyle: Oh come on! If I knew you were pregnant I would never have left… I know I haven’t been a good father to him…so I want to make it up to him now…. Give him a father figure…
Vicky chooses not to respond to Kyle’s request.
Kyle: If you want me to keep quiet about our one night stand…
Vicky: Are you blackmailing me!?
Kyle: Blackmail? No… I’d prefer to call it a mutually beneficial deal… you get your perfect life with mr right… and I get to see my son of the weekend…
Vicky: Yeah and whats to say after I sign it over you’ll tell Nick anyways? I know what you’re like…you’re never satisfied unless you make others unhappy!
Kyle: (Genuine) You have my word Vicky… when it concerns my son… I’m not going to lie to you….
Vicky’s mind is buzzing. She is clearly distressed.
Vicky: I just don’t know whether I should say yes or not…
Kyle: Come on…think of it from Daniel’s perspective… their wont be no nasty court battle between the pair of us…arguing…fighting…he doesn’t need the stress… and it would save us both thousands in legal fees for a battle I know I’d win…so what do you say?
Vicky: (Hesistant) Okay…I suppose so… but I can’t help feeling like im making a deal with the devil…
Kyle laughs and gives a satisfied grin.
Kyle: I’ll bring the papers around first thing in the morning…

EXT. SINGH AND SON'S CONVIENCE STORE - NIGHT
Kevin and his group of thugs return, dressed in dark coloured clothes and wearing hoodies.
Kevin: Come on lads...we 'ent got long!
The lads open a sports bad and each grab a spray can.
Kevin: Teach these “Paki” *******s a lesson once and for all ent it lads!?
The group laugh at their leader. They start to spray offensive and racist words over the walls and windows.
Aaron: Eh mate!? Do you think we should be doing this?
Kevin: Of course we should! It’s ****ing funny…and they deserve it… scum that’s what they are…
The group step back and look at their handywork.
Kevin: That’s mint lads… but it ent enough…
Kevin looks into his sports bag and gets out a baseball bat. He bats it against his hands and laughs menacingly.
Aaron: No mate, you ent gonna smash it up are you!?
Kevin: Yeah, so what if I am!? You lot up for it? Some ciggies and booze!
The group give dubious looks but agree. Kevin runs over to the window and spaces it in with a baseball bat. He follows suit with the other windows. The group of lads rush into the shop.
INT. SINGH AND SON’S CONVIENCE STORE - NIGHT
The shop alarm rings out loudly. Some of the lads take to trashing the shelves and smashing up the displays. Kevin, Aaron and a couple of others stuff their bags and pockets with cigarettes, alcohol and the contents of the shop till.
Kevin: Come on lads! Get out of here! Now!
The group rush out of the shop. Laughing to themselves…

Ok.. I have finally caught up on the weeks events.. So another leaves Baymoore and 2 couples are getting married... Still think Tom is an idiot for falling for Luquina but hey!!!

INT. IQBAL & MARCUS' FLAT - NIGHT
The alarm from Kash's shop can be heard troughout Baymoore. It wakes up Ruby who is sleeping in Marcus's bed.
At the same moment Sanjita wakes up, who is sleeping in Iqbal's bed.
Both women get up and put on a dressing gown. They both leave the bedrooms and walk into the hallway.
Ruby drops her glass of water as she sees Sanjita coming out of Iqbal's room...
Ruby: Mom!?
The pair look at each other in horror and disgust as Marcus walk out of his room shirtless.
Sanjita: (Shocked) Ruby...what are you doing here!?...

INT. IQBAL & MARCUS' FLAT - NIGHT
Sanjita looks in horor at Ruby and Iqbal...
Ruby: Mom. What are you doing here!?
Sanjita: Erm... me and your father have had a bit of an argument...Iqbal said i could spend the night here...
Ruby: What!? In his bedroom!? In his bed...!?
Sanjita: Never mind me... what on earth are you too playing at!?
Ruby: Well it's kind of obvious isn't it...
Marcus sheepishly walks into the lounge, trying to keep Ruby quiet...
Marcus: Shhh Ruby babes...
Sanjita: "Ruby Babes"!? How long has this been going on!? Eh!?
The pair look at each other but dont answer Sanjita.
Sanjita: (Shouts) I said "How long"!?
Marcus and Ruby look concerned. Iqbal rushes into the room, dressed in only a dressing gown. He has a look of shock on his face when he sees Ruby and Marcus in there...
Iqbal: What the blooming heck is going on here!?
Sanjita: These two have been... you know... at it!!!!
Iqbal: Marcus...I thought I told you not too continue this...
Sanjita: (To Iqbal) What!? You mean you knew about this!?
Ruby: Look mom whether you like it or not...me and Marcus are a couple...get over it!!!
Sanjita: Over my dead body!!!
Marcus, Ruby and Iqbal are all concerned at Sanjita's sudden change of character...

Ruby: What's up with you mom!? Why are you taking it to heart!? It's the kind of reaction I'd expect from dad...not you...
Sanjita: Of course im taking it to heart! It's...just...wrong!!!
Marcus: Why is it so hard to understand!? Me and Ruby love each other... what can be so wrong with that!?
Iqbal: Apart from the fact that she is family!?
Marcus: Yeah, but not direct family...we're only cousins...
Sanjita: I just cant believe it...
Ruby: Cousins get together all the time... the Queen married her cousin... I just dont understand why your so upset mom?
Sanjita: Because he isn't your cousin...
Before Sanjita speaks, Iqbal figures what she is saying and he turns pale with fear. Ruby and Marcus both look at Sanjta in confussion.
Sanjita: He's your brother...
